Worst restaurant ever ... I'll never go to that place again... The cook needs to go back to school again. You have doubt ? order the VEAL PARMESAN and enjoy your "meal"
This is a response to your answer :
I asked for a replacement for the "spaghetti soup" with fries thinking that it is impossible that you will miss it. But I received bland salt-free fries that taste absolutely nothing after another 10 minutes of waiting. Serving a dish in a restaurant requires a minimum of delicacy and finesse in the presentation and it is not because you put 500g of pasta as an accompaniment and that you pour on it half a liter of sauce that necessarily it will do dish a good dish. The quantity is not the most important. If you recognize that there was an error why you charged the full price and that following my remark to the waiter that you gave a discount of $ 5 on a dish of $ 20? I never asked that the dish should be free, but here is what I said to the waiter "the waiter asked me if it was me who made the reservation and I replied," Yes it is me who reserved for the 11 people and I will never do it again given the quality of your dishes ". Your waiter has recognized that if it was him and since I did not eat almost nothing from the dish that normally he would not have charged me. Thank Gods I earn a good living and I am able to pay a bill of $ 20 ... Your reaction to my comment is of the same quality as the dishes you serve. And concerning the McDonald's, yes I am sure if I went there I would have probably come out more satisfied. At least we know what to expect and the customer service and much better than in your restaurant. Maybe you should have an internship there it may...

A pillar that built Hull's pizza game and even after the tragic fire they are still standing strong and are way up there amongst all the competition !
Beautifully rebuilt with more of an open concept now , the staff is friendly and the service is fast and effective
Their pizza is legendary here in the city ,same awesome old school pizza since day one ,they've been around since 1968 and there's a reason for it
Since I always only take the pizza here, I cannot speak about the other items on the menu , but if they are as good as the pizza then you shouldn't be disappointed they also have seafood and a great selection of wines beers and spirits
You can learn more on the history of the place and also see the full menu on their website
Overall a really great place !
Ok story time:
About 18years ago ,it was a cold winter day my friend had just finish moving in the area ...anyways .. we decided to place an order to pick up cause it was less costly for our , at the time, 17-18yo pockets ,(come to think of it I don't believe that they offered delivery back then)when I came to pick up the pizza , the gentlemen ,which I believe was the owner ,looked worried ,he realised had forgotten the pizza in the oven , now don't get me wrong, the pizza was still plenty consumable, but the gentlemen thought it was a bit too well done for his tasting and told me to give him 10 -15 minutes and that he would make another one ...
When I came back in ,he GAVE me both pizzas FOR FREE ! I will always remember and will be forever grateful for that awesome...
Read moreI was very excited to go back to Naples since it reopened after the fire. The new restaurant is very nicely remodeled. Fast efficient service. One complaint is that the tables are extremely close to one another which makes navigation through the dining room tricky. The place was packed when we arrived at 5 and people kept lining up outside as we ate, showing that Naples has not been forgotten and is still quite the staple in the neighborhood. Unfortunately the pizza was not as good as it was before. The crust was hard on the bottom yet somehow, slightly undercooked and the flavours just weren't there. My boyfriend, who is an avid pizza lover, was also unimpressed. It wasnt horrible but also wasn't amazing. I also noticed the table beside me got a pizza that looked burnt. Also they did not have the beer we ordered from the menu so we ordered coke instead which was flat. Having said all that I will still go back because I am hoping it was just an off night for the kitchen and that Naples will soon go back to being the amazing spot it always was in the past! Very happy to see them reopened. There was a gentleman, possibly the owner, who was going around greeting diners and chatting with them which was...
