Interzip — Attraction in Gatineau

Ziplining is such an exciting activity that allows you to feel free. After searching for Ziplining opportunities to take advantage of while in Ottawa, I came across Interzip Rodgers in Gatineau, QC. It is literally just a short walking distance after crossing the Portage Bridge. This is perfect for individuals driving/biking, using public transit, or walking.

Booking the activity was extremely easy, and the added bonus was purchasing a video recording of myself actually Ziplining!!! This was perfect as I was rolling solo. I love my video keepsake that I could share with my family and friends of my experience.

Being able to zipline was definitely amazing. However, it was the service of the entire Interzip Rodgers team that truly blew me away. From beginning to end they all were fantastic. There are moments when you have the pleasure of experiencing great service from a single member of a team, but to feel that from an entire team is out of bounds amazing. Savannah, Enrick, Kallyna, and Elena all were full of positive energy and professionalism while welcoming customers, making sure everyone is checked in properly and given necessary equipment. I was able to have my bag safely secured and tagged at the office until I had completed the activity. They also made sure I had gotten everything I needed to access my video recording. Fred was exceptionally professional, personable, and patient while making sure all of the participants were given clear and proper demonstration and guidance getting our equipment fully on and everyone prepared to actually zipline. He was attentive and made sure no participant felt left behind. Nick and Paula did a fabulous job at making sure participants felt comfortable and were fully ready to take off across the Ottawa river. At the end it is an automatic stop zipline where Adam and Hyland made sure everyone able and slightly able to do pull up out of the harness all still safely got. Bless their heart and strength. Martin also was great, making sure to efficiently follow up with customers. I can confidently say I would zipline with Interzip again and recommend to anyone in the area looking for a fun and unique activity. Tell next time stay awesome ...

I participated in the interzip exp on August 1 ,2023. All staff were excellent and there was no problem until i went home to download my video. the QR code that i was given to scan to download the video took me to a koolreplay site that asked for my credit card info and assured me a zero $ membership. i was wrong to give it but when i did, i went to an application for videos and audio and.. and nothing to do with my video of the zipline. i got out and went to the website (the alternative route) and got my video but i am now very concerned that this koolreplay company has my credit card info and that the so called 0$ membership will expire at some time and they will start charging me.

When i called zipline, the very nice young woman told me that i can "totally email koolreplay " to deal with it!!! i tried to explain that i deal with interzip only but she had zero interest in stepping in and i had to explain several times it is in your interest to find out what happened and make sure it is not repeated or you will lose the trust of customers as you lost mine. she finally indicated she will pass the info to her managers.

this was very troubling and the anxiety i now have because of koolrelay wiped out the 40 seconds of fun. be very careful and do not scan teh QR code of Koolreplay.. better yet.. do not buy the video 21 CND $ for less...

My 12 year old daughter discovered her "love" for ziplining last summer on a much smaller and slower "course" She had seen the Interprovincial zipline ads online, and while driving across the MacKenzie King Bridge.

So for her graduation Gift for making it to high school I planned a visit. Easy to book online. No issues what so ever. The price was shockingly relevant given what others charge for similar actual "ride time".

My only "issue" if you will, is that I was hoping to go later in the evening, but they have a set schedule due to demand!

That being said, the staff were awsome! Once hooked up and about to go, my daughter got scared. They did an amazing job of calming her down and telling her how much fun she'll have!

Well, she had such fun, than once we hit the brake on the other side... "Daddy, that was amazing, can we go again?" My reply, "Sure"!

She loved it so much she has asked if this could be pur new thing. Absolutely!

Would be nice if they offered a "package" or something where you could get a discount for multiple goes.

Definitely recommend, and will be going again very soon!
