My child and myself visited this evening, I was facing some issues with the app followed by additional problems with apple pay. The two little ladies who were there were extremely patient and tolerated my extremely hyper child. The app worked after finishing the order they accepted that I send my order online to benefit from the offer and use my online order to fulfill the sandwiches that they already prepared. It was nice of them they didn’t have to, they could have said this is seperate order but I I got to benefit from my nice app offers.
I have to say that subway in the area didn’t always have such good customer service and they continuesly changed kids who were not properly trained and were many times rude (both Savane and Gréber branches) but tonight the ladies may have been young but they deserve kudos. On our way out my over excited kid dropped prt if his salad on the floor, and they were very kind to accept his apologies and didn’t let us clean up the mess.
Another thing that buggs me in Subways in Quebec is that they don’t have a cheese bread without the herbs like they do in Ontario and many people loke me prefer that option so we really home that you add it...
