Always great food, (4 or 5 star) but they need to learn how to prioritize their service. Tonight I waited 25 minutes (at least) to be served. They were overwhelmed by take out-pick up services and online orders. Waiting is okay in moderation but don’t ignore customers that are physically present and waiting by avoiding eye contact. At least acknowledge them, and assure them that you will get to them asap. Customer service is just as important as maximizing profits, if you want to retain customers.
