This location is the worst Thai Express for me as the guy being so cheap about the lemon slices. The only few(only five or six of small) lemon slice that were clearly stale in dirty looking bucket sitting there for whole day. I asked the guy if they have fresh lemon slices and he asked me to get him the bucket over counter.. after looking in to it he kept on saying they are fresh and I said no they aren't. it was kind of insulting as was just being polite and he keep on insisting about frikkin lemon slices. Later unwillingly he asked me rudely to take fresh lemon from bucket.

This left a sour taste in my mind and the fried rice was third grade with too much of sauce compared to other Thai Express locations. Never again from this location. Total waste of my money and mood. Note: I'm regular thai express patron at...

My father was a recurring Saturday night customer. Every week, he orders a medium-spicy Pad Thai. It happened once before when he realized his meal was mild upon arriving home. When this occurred, he ate it anyway and made sure the following times; the cashier understood he wanted medium-spicy. Last night, this happened again, so he decided to go back and ask them to make it medium-spicy. He saw the employees adding too much spiciness and something from an odd can to the meal. That night, my father ate an incredibly spicy meal and got food poisoning as a result. My theory is that the employees didn't like that my father returned for the meal he asked for and made him pay for it. The worst Thai Express restaurant I’ve ever been!! Been there 2x and the experience has never been any better. The last time I came, I ordered for 2 Pad Thai medium spicy. It wasn’t a busy afternoon as I was the only one on the line. When I came to the cashier guy to put my order, he’s so busy PLAYING on his phone and seems mad at me when I popped up in front of him. He’s so rude! I had to repeat my order multiple times before he can get it. When the order finally came, it was wrong. Too late to complain though as I opened it at home already.
