Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Gatineau

The place is nice, service is slow compared to all other locations and molasses compared to Ottawa in the morning. 6-8 people in the morning create a major slow down. Morning Team Lead lady or Manager screams all the time at the staff to ensure everyone in the Tim's knows she's boss. This is everyday and constant and very annoying. Giving orders to staff like a dissatisfied slave owner. Staff and customers are not impressed. She once tried to bully me real loud in front of the whole Tim's when I told her she had made 3 mistakes on my order. She started arguing with me very loudly trying to justify her actions to shut me up with embarrassment until I shut her down. I was not going to be verbally abused by her. I was polite and gave her a serious dose of embarrassment right back as she chose the wrong person to try and intimidate. Now when I show up she works the drive though...

As much as I find the people to be friendly, they make quite a lot of mistakes. Now, this is not strictly a problem with this location, it happens everywhere but De La Savane is the location I use the most.

So many times I have driven away only to find there was no cream or sugar in my drinks or not the amount that I asked for (3 cream & 2 sugar instead of 2 cream & 3 sugar as requested). Also, and one of the most annoying things to me is when I order a 10 box of assorted Timbits and find only 3 different flavours in it. I know there are more than 3 flavours of Timbits so it boggles my mind as to why it is so hard to get an actual assortment. This mornings order through Skip The Dishes was the worst as they gave me 5 Chocolate and 5 Birthday.

If someone who works there is reading this, I hope you bring this to someone attention and...

I can say that atleast our last five orders had mistakes in them. missing items, wrong food, wrong ingredients. This place is a complete joke. This morning again, ordered and asked for a tim matin with the sausage in it and they put bacon in it instead, there was no rush whatsoever so its hard to understand how they made a mistake again.on top of that, the hashbrowns tasted like they had been cooked yesterday or something , they weren't fresh.

we always have to drive back to get our food right, or we just let it slip and hope next time they will get it right but it literally seems impossible to get what you ask for at this location. we leave nearby, and unfortunately we are not even going to try to go again at this point, this is ridiculous, paying for the wrong food...
