Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Georgina

I’ve ordered from this location countless times over the years and never had issues until last night, I ordered a medium pizza with 4 toppings with a coupon, when I got home ( I live on the opposite end of town) I realized they didn’t put one of the toppings I had ordered on the pizza. Knowing full well I’d have to obviously wait for them to make a new one and drive back I decided to call the next day, while big mistake on my part apparently because according to the manager ( or supervisor I asked for either and he said speaking ) they are unable to do anything at all for me because I didn’t call the same day the pizza was ordered. I’m not sure why this makes a difference and when I explained to him I didn’t want to drive back or wait for another one to be made, he got rude and told me “ well we would have delivered it so you should have called yesterday not the day after “ and that he wouldn’t do anything for me because that’s the policy. I’ve never heard of a company having a policy about costumers having to report an issue in the same day in order to be helped, I said okay so can I just email head office and ask them about this? He again was very rude and told me to “ go ahead and he would deal with them” honestly such a bad way to handle a costumer complaint especially when it’s an issue on their end? I ordered something with 4 toppings and got 3? And somehow I’m left feeling like I made the mistake ? The pizza at dominos is always the same and I'm a fan, its my go to out of town. The behaviour I saw today in this location was absolutely disgusting. When I walked in no one acknowledged me for a few minutes, instead the manager saw me, looked back at his staff and then called one of the workers over. He proceeded to then loudly talk about the girl making the pizza (the only one in the establishment actually working while I'm standing here) stating that she was a "stupid girl" multiple times to her coworker and repeatedly threatened to fire her. All while this girl kept working looking more and more embarrassed. After I made a coughing noise the manager finally acknowledged me and served me my pizza, before leaving I told him that was extremely unprofessional

To the young lady working, if you decide to quit and go to the labour board for harassment I got your back. This supervisor doesn't deserve the power he has...

Very rude. Got lost so my pizza was not only cold. Then refused to come to my door because of my dogs that were not even around him. Then I place an order today about a month later and they take our order, then call back in 15 minutes telling us they have been calling trying to get a hold of us with our phone having no record of it. Then my wife says that they have delivered before and they say they had made a mistake. I feel like they refuse to deliver because of my dogs barking. Really? If you can not deliver don't you think it would tell you when you punch in my address? There is plenty of other pizza places locally that are much more polite. If you do not want local hit up Pizza Pizza because they are just as good if not better then Domino's. I am calling Quick pizza as I type this. $27 for a large at Domino's and 22 for an...
