Subway — Restaurant in Georgina

We have ordered here before, and it’s been hit or miss. But this time it was pretty bad. My husband’s sandwich was hard as a brick and I watched him hard chew each bite and swallow as if sawdust was in his mouth. He even complained of the sandwich hurting his throat in the way down. We have both worked for Subway before in the past (obviously not this particular shop but two completely different ones) and we know how the food is done. And this must’ve been old bread that was used for him.

I even ordered two Chicken sidekicks for my two girls, cuz they are very particular and won’t finish even a 6in sub. Their sidekicks would flattened and smooshed. It looked like bread from a clinched fist.

Never made a complaint until now. And this is the worst we have ever received from...

Subway in my opinion especially at this location is the best place to eat for an affordable price. I like to take my kids there as an alternative to any other fast food options. It is always clean, the staff is very courteous and accommodating to our order specifications. We typically order the same choice of subs which are always super fresh and yummy!

I typically order the multi-grain, salami sub with swiss cheese, lettuce, black olives, bacon, spinach and chipotle sauce. Absolutely great food for at a great price. As a mother of two I am always trying to find new ways to get kids to eat more veggies and this tops the list. 5 stars all the way!

I was at the Sutton location this morning and ordered egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches. I was told by the employee that technically they weren’t allowed to put any vegetables on egg sandwiches. He would put 2-3 options maximum. It was really bizarre I’ve been ordering egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches for years at various subway locations across the country and I’ve never heard this rule. In the end he put whatever I want it on the sandwiches reluctantly. They ended up being really good but I don’t think I’m gonna go back to that location again. If this is not a rule the staff there should be trained to know otherwise. I search the Internet and I didn’t find that rule anywhere in regards to Subway.
