Currently waiting for a server to bring us drinks. It has been 15 minutes since we sat down. Drinks received and in a can. We have been waiting for our food for a long time. It has been 30 minutes since we sat down, and we received 4 olives and heated (not freshly-baked) bread. After 40 minutes, we were served escargot in garlic. It's just alright. It has been 55 minutes, and we are still waiting for our main course meals. Our food has arrived and it has been a total of 65 minutes. The pasta we received is something that could easily be made at home from a jar on a regular Tuesday night. We are disappointed with the overall experience. It feels like a diner experience with high prices. It's advisable to come with lowered expectations, as they might surprise you. Our bill, including tip, was $95. We believe it should not have exceeded $58 with tip. This is what we believed the experience was worth. Look at the photos!! This was NOT a 95$ experience! I feel ripped off

Ce restaurant a une très belle atmosphère avec éclairage légèrement tamisé, style italien 🇮🇹. Four à bois pour faire des bonnes pizzas. Délicieux. La serveuse a même prit le temps de faire cuire un petit pain sans gluten pour notre fille qui est celiaque. Belle initiative. Cependant, pendant qu'elle prenait la commande j'ai constaté qu'elle ne prenait pas de notes. Évidemment les serveuses d'expérience comme elle, se souviennent d'habitude par coeur des commandes. On avait commandé une pizza avec un extra piment vert. Finalement la pizza est arrivée SANS piment.... Pas la fin du monde, mais si elle avait écrit des notes, elle ne l'aurait peut être pas oublié. Une suggestion possible serait d'entrer la commande dans une tablette en main pour éviter ce genre de petite erreur. Rien de très grave, donc 4 étoiles sur 5 pour aujourd'hui vu la petite erreur. Sinon c'était 5/5 😃👌 Aussi aujourd'hui il leur manquait clairement de serveuses sur le plancher et donc le service overall était un peu plus lent. Cela dit, la serveuse en question, étant expérimentée a quand même réussie à compenser par son efficacité. Je penses quand même que la fin de semaine de la fête des mères, ce serait un bon moment pour staffer la place un peu plus 😜

Deux satisfactions et une déception. Souper en famille hier soir le 14 mai 2017 pour la fête des mères. Notre fils commanda l’assiette de fettucinis alfredo avec salade césar à $16.79, mon épouse, la lasagne avec salade césar à $18.79 et moi, le trio de pâtes à $18.49. Mon épouse fut déçue de sa lasagne qui était fade et sans trop de texture tandis que moi et notre fils avons aimé nos choix. Nous étions assis à l’écart dans une banquette et ce fut bien ainsi car c’était une clientèle bruyante et agitée. Karo B. nous a bien servis et nous lui avons laissé un pourboire de 15% avant taxes comme il est traditionnellement d’usage au Québec. Nous avons demandé du pain à trois reprises et nous affirmons qu’il était excellent. L’addition s’éleva à $62.10 avec les taxes pour nous trois. Nous avons pris des photos que nous vous partageons avec notre avis. La salle de bain pour hommes était très convenable et propre pour les personnes intéressées. Nous ne pensons pas y retourner nécessairement à court terme mais nous recommandons l’endroit tout de même sans que nous ayons été emballés à l’extrême. Definitely don’t recommend. We were just there and I ordered the seafood pasta. The moment they brought it to the table I knew I wasn’t going to be able to eat it. The fishy smell is as so over powering and when I went to taste it was horrible. I tried one shrimp and it was shrimp you get in a can. My waitress walked past multiple times and saw me eating my partners food. Not once did she ask me if everything was ok. When I told her I really didn’t like it, she just grabbed my plate and said ok. I got the bill and it was still on my bill so I asked or a discount. They took $10 of a $24 meal. I do understand the lack of English she could speak but still she could have gotten someone to help her out. Not impressed to...

Had dinner thanksgiving Sunday the place was packed in majority large groups we were 6 plus a toddler and half French half English to complicate things, our server was Gabrielle she was amazing!! Never stopped moving she had at least 4 large tables and every trip she was always looking at every tables to see if someone needed something, she carried a massive tray with 4 or 5 full meals like it was nothing and also spoke very good English, great job!!
