i live next door to this tims and go about 3-4 times a week. the coffee is fine (its the only reason i go) but any time you order food, they get the order wrong about 1/3 of the time. Part of the problem is that the owners fail to hire older ppl to show the young workers what good customer service looks like--speed, accuracy, and being polite. The kids cant learn if nobody shows them!! Ive been currently seated beside the "sandwich corner" for 30 minutes, and over 30% of the people are coming back, saying stuff like "you forgot the bacon-i paid for bacon", "you didnt toast my bagel, i asked for it toasted", "you forgot my potatoes", etc etc etc. The kid cashiers arent putting in all the info, and/or the sandwich kid isnt reading the screen. my order of toasted bagel with cream cheese and jam had butter (i didnt ask for butter) and the jam was everywhere on the wrapping and the outside of the bagel, almost none inside! it took over ten minutes to get this simple order..... its been like this for years now. When will they start recruiting some older experienced workers?? (They do, in fact, have one older lady at the drive-thru during the week, and she is a DREAM!! Customers were asking to open another cash and employees just said they would get to them when it was their turn. Wow. Also no timbits left, had to scrape together a box of 20 when wanted 50...also no muffins left. ATTENTION À VOS VÉHICULES!!!
Bon, ce n'est pas simple. La dernière fois, je vais au Drive, ont me demande d'avancer pour préserver le "temps de drive" je vais où ils m'ont ordonné, quelqu'un recul dans mon véhicule -700$ de domange.
Cette fois-ci, ont me demande de me déplacer, il n'y as aucun autre véhicule au Drive derrière moi, je dis non, si vous n'avez pas un endroit sécuritaire, je reste ici. La caissière roule les yeux et me dit que ce n'est pas comme cela que ça fonctionne. Je demande à voir le gérant, le superviseur viens, me tu-toi, me dit de prendre sa place, se fâche et me dit que ça ne lui donne rien car je ne fait que "l'obstiné". Donc je demande un remboursement au moment du remboursement un autre véhicule arrive au micro pour déposer sa commande.
Résultats : 700$ de dommage, une vente et un client perdu pour une histoire de temps de drive où personne n'a attendu dans une file.
C'est pourtant si simple d'avoir des stationnements réservés a cet effet plutôt que d'être mal poli et se foutre des dommages de ses clients pour une question de temps de drive.
