Mary Brown's Chicken & Taters — Restaurant in Grand Falls-Windsor

When we have take out we usually always go to Mary Browns and get great service. But when I went there yesterday I got great service from the girl serving but the lady cooking the chicken was horrible. No other word to describe her. I was ordering a 12 piece meal and like always I told the girl I would pay extra to get ribs and breast for the white chicken. This was never a problem. She checked it in then the lady cooking the chicken started shaking her head and saying "no I I am not doing it. She is not getting all big pieces. And there is a nine minute wait for chicken". I told the girl serving me I dont mind waiting 9 minutes and paying extra. The girl serving me went into the kitchen and told her I was willing to wait and pay extra. And once again she was shaking her head saying "no I am not doing it. All these other people are waiting for their chicken and she is not getting all big pieces." I dont know where all the other people were waiting but it was only me and my nine year old nephew there. The girl that served me was very sorry and she really tried but this lady that was cooking needs help on working with her social skills and how to talk to coworkers and have some respect the customers. Would appricate an email or phone call from Rob. I didnt place my order after her attitude and went to another resturant ordered what I wanted and they filled my request. Because of this horrible staff person you have you resturant lost out on a $40.00 order and lost a family...

Went to the Grand-Falls- Windsor location on Feb 4th and ordered the Date Night Meal from the app. First of all, I selected modify chicken and selected sides and wings(no additional charges) on the app by that selection. I was charged an extra $3.75 and was told that sometimes the app is wrong 🙄…. I ordered from the app, and should’ve paid what was on the app. Secondly, I get home and my order was missing the taters. I called Mary Browns and complained about this inconvenience and was offered free taters the next visit….. how would this be free taters when I already paid for them. This location was not busy at all… I was the only customer. At least 6 ppl working that evening and they forget the taters. This is unacceptable and I will think twice before going there again, especially on the weekend … just a bunch of lazy ppl standing around...

Always fresh, engaging staff, reasonably priced considering the promotions and keep receipt fill out few min survey get %15 off which basically is the taxes, way bigger pieces than competitor kfc and better taste

I have noticed very recently that the chicken tastes quite different I think they are using different cooking oil in the deep fryers, I can't stand the taste of the chicken now since this discovery. Also took the survey away for the 15% discount not a fan of that. The French fries got changed I no longer like them anymore, i preferred the regular thick straight cut french fries they once...
