I don't go to this Tim Horton often, maybe once per month... but the last two times is enough for me to not go back at all, I'll find a different Tim's... First time, lady taking my order did not speak English or French. She took the wrong info down and when I tried to get it corrected, things just went worse... I had to ask her to find someone that could speak English, and she still couldn't understand... this last time, got a different barista, but they don't know how to make whatever special latte that is on the menu. Ordered a White Chocolate Pistachio latte, as per menu item... well, they forgot the whip cream, they forgot the white chocolate and they forgot the pistachio flavored syrup...
