Regular customer and food has been ok. But it’s hit and miss with service. Just picked up a pizza and salad and they did not include the dressing with the salad. Didn’t notice until I got home. Called them to let them know and they said it’s up to me to mention if I want dressing and if I don’t say anything, they assume I don’t want dressing. I said the dressing is part of the price of the salad. And since it’s on the side, if I decide I don’t want it, I don’t put it on my salad. Since when is it up to me to mention? Disappointing. Panago pizza Grand forks has been a pleasure to work with for our school lunch program. They’ve given us reasonable prices and always very accommodating to our sudden changes. They saved my behind in a pinch when I needed to feed 50 people for lunch last minute, delivered and delicious in 35 mins! A great supporter of their community. Only a select amount of people actually read back the order before they make your food, leaving without my food from trying to pick-up and then coming home to not what I ordered is infuriating.
