Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Grand Lake Road

Very poor service. Ordered food online didn’t even received the food and got call from them 3 times and they said they don’t have some items and I told them to replace them or cancel the order. There biggest problem is that they didn’t call me before they called when the delivery person reached their place. They should be calling me before so that I could cancel the order and get refund but when the delivery person reaches the place and we cancel the order we don’t get refund. Then the delivery person marked the order as picked up and he just came and clicked the picture of my house and didn’t drop my order and stole the order. Never ever...

My wife's birthday today and we decided to go Tim Hortons for a birthday drink. After previously having a personal issue with Starbucks, she was crying while at the drive through window. One of the workers, KAM, while taking her order(there was an issue with the front order speaker) he had noticed she was crying and had takin just a moment, to reach out and Console her. A tap on the arm and said Happy Birthday, everything's going to be alright.

Very perfessional, down to earth, and kind. Sometimes it only takes a simple moment to turn somebody's day around. KAM, we need more workers like yourself...

Rude supervisor or manager, he seems international student. In the evening, around 830 pm, on September 14 2023, i visited there, I got my order, but unfortunately, it was not properly made. He said we serve like this, not our fault, and very loud, as one girl there said we will make you another one, but he said you will get the same thing again. He was even bossy on one of the girl ( working behind the counter), said to her, "Go mop the floor why you are standing near us."
