I ordered a whopper combo and a kids meal and had delivery service pick it up. when I recieved it my son took a bite and it had jalapeno peppers in it.My son is allergic to jalapenos so I had to give him the epipen.( a shot so his throat and face wouldnt swell). I had no idea burger king served jalapenos until the I called burger king. The lady who answered was very nice and explained to me about the angry whopper. She told me that they would pay for the delivery and the replace the whopper combo but because it was closing time she would mark it in the book.Obviously wouldnt be ordering from there for my son. I called today and spoke to a lady and she checked the book then told me she would replace the whopper combo but wouldnt pay for the delivery.i tried to explain the situation and what happened and she still refused. So i asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. I asked her name she told me maria teston.I told her that I would be phoning head office, and she was quick to respond by saying" the girl you were speaking with that night was and proceeded to name her. I told her that I was quite pleased with her , its you that is being rude and not even trying to resolve the situation.I have ordered from burger king on numerous occasions and many times there have been mistakes with my order , this is the one and only time I've complained. The reason was because my son is an anaphylactic, also I paid for delivery. The person who took my original compliant was very friendly and helpful but the lady i spoke with tonight was not someone whom I would have working customer service and if she is the manager she shouldnt be. I am extremely disappointed and not a happy customer. I will no longer be a patron of the burger king establishment if head office does not resolve this issue.MARIA TESTON SHOULD NOT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE LET ALONE A MANAGER. The girl that answered my first call her name is Amanda ( thanks to maria for pointing that out although I didnt ask), was very friendly, understanding, and polite. Its employees such as Amanda that make your fast food experience a good one. Although I had a bad experience Amanda was the one who handled it well and its because of employees such as her that customers return.Maria should step down and allow Amanda to teach her about customer service. As Ive already stated, I will calling...
Read moreWe ordered Whopper family meal and a buy one whopper get one free, right off the bat I had to repeat the order 4 or 5 times because of the Lost in translation, I passed the two coupons to the two workers @ the window, very friendly by the way..... I even repeated the order when I got to the window and so did one of the workers, they bagged everything up and asked one more time before leaving, is that everything, they said yes and then I was on the road, 30 min drive home, got home started dishing out the food and we were missing to of the Whoppers.... We barely eat @ BK for this very reason, this happens 9 out of 10 times. My wife tried to call but the line was busy, its still busy as I'm writing this.... I think this is our last time going to this particular restaurant. If you do go to this place don't move until you check your order before leaving.

Read moreInfamous for making incorrect orders relentlessly, visiting this Burger King establishment is taking a gamble. When it comes to how your food has been prepared and how it will taste, you can never be certain. The food, especially burgers, can be hit-or-miss. The fries and onion rings can often feel soggy and not properly made. A common habit that seems to be possessed by the employees are orders that are completely inaccurate to the ones you gave. Improvement is greatly needed. Nonetheless, the food can be good sometimes. Never amazing or up there with the local A&W, but it will do the job if you're hungry and are craving some fast food. That's if luck is on your...
