Burger King — Restaurant in Grande Prairie

JUST TERRIBLE!, My wife and I had ourselves a lunch date here yesterday, and what a awful experience!. First, the place was disgustingly filthy,(should have been our first sign). Second, the Double Whopper I had ordered had all the fixings piled in the middle of the burger, wrecking the bun. Third, the fries, not sure HOW but they had a coat of salt so thick on the fries that I could have scraped off enough to fill a salt shaker! (I ate 3, my wife managed to eat 5, the rest went to the garbage). Lastly, wow, 2 of the employees were having a full on argument out front at the counter area, as we were the only 2 people in this hole, we got the pleasure of enjoying this during our already horrible lunch. Nothing like listening to people yell at each other in their native language as you try to eat the disgusting food they prepared for you. If I could give negative 5 stars .....I would.

Update: Burger King owner has responded claiming that there was NO dirty tables at this location on their cameras. At 2:51pm Oct 30th we walked by 2 dirty tables with past patrons garbage on the tables, lots of tables CERTAINLY were not wiped down at all , drink machine was gross, Iced Tea was like water. 10860 100 Ave location is dirty, disgusting, unprofessional, and unacceptable for...

My boyfriend had gotten us food, Two Whoppers, two fries and two drinks. When he came home since he was at work and found that there was only one burger one fries and two drinks. I had try to call Burger King to see if the burger was there or not, and they didn’t answer. Instead left me to listen to the beeping of the machines for over 5 mins. I had called three times with the same results, and then try to call from my boyfriends phone to see if it was my number. But they didn’t pick up. No customer service whatsoever. Will not return to this establishment. This is the last straw with this establishment in my family, from many different issues to food being raw, or not the right order. We are tired of wasting money here and not getting any satisfaction. (Edit: I was able to talk to the management and got everything sorted in that matter, going to try this again...

i ordered through skip the dishes my lunch today, and the service from burger king outshone the so called service from skip the dishes. while navigating their new site and menu, i couldnt find a couple of side items, and had to leave the request in the notes. i asked them to just add these to the bill and whatever that was i would be ok. not only did they read the notes and deliver my requests, they did so without charging me. ON TOP of that, they sent an apple pie in a separate bag with a little thank you for ordering my food from them. i think this is exceptional service and it went above and beyond. i have to say that the crew at burger kind westgate, they did an amazing job. i would recommend you give it a shot to see if youll experience...
