GUAC Mexi Grill — Restaurant in Grande Prairie

I would say that if you get the hard taco shells and you're taking it home you should not get the meat on the bottom as mine were soggy and falling apart by the time I got to eat them. I ended up throwing half of them away. They're homemade chips would have been better but they almost tasted like the oil had turned bad when they were cooked in them, as they had an off taste of bad oil. The loaded potatoes were good, but a little small for the $6.99 they are. They make their guacamole and I don't really like guacamole but it was very good. All their vegetables were fresh and way better looking than other places I've had tacos in town. They make their own salsa It was good and fresh but a little too much...

I made an online order, went to pick it up, food wasn't ready. Stuff happens computers suck, what can you do, right? When I went in to pick up my order the second time I realized it wasent right, same thing due to the computer issue the first time. The staff was amazing with rectifying the issues. I couldn't of been happier with the level of customer service they provided. I mean outstanding!!! Made me belive other people actually care. When I'm getting the craving for Mexican food, I WILL BE GOING BACK!! Not only because of their customer service but because the food is delicious! And the staff are amazing. I visited last week to Grande Prairie just casual with fie and hear about GUAC than think let’s try it. Here is my experience.

When enter smell is awesome. Cleanness of restaurant is excellent as well washroom. They take care more hygiene for customer. Placing order is easy and understandable. I said I am from India and I need Maxican according to Indian taste and the made it. Test was excellent and surprise they prepared food as according to our need. Presentation is good. Staff was very friendly and also ask how’s the test and etc. Overall excellent food, good service and cleanness….
