We were in town for the night looking for a place to get some work done. Wonderful store with wonderful staff. Only hindrance was a terribly loud group that took up 3 tables. They were very disruptive and let their young children run around the store. They were constantly getting in the other patrons way and screaming. I had my table knocked and my coffee spilled twice. The staff were very lovely and the supervisor came out to nicely ask them to keep their children at the table for their own safety and everyone elseās. The man (father I presume) became very angry with her and began to yell and swear at her. She explained her reasoning very calmly and removed herself from the situation which I found very admirable. He was raving on about how āhe used to work at Starbucksā (sure man) and whatās the managers name this is ridiculous. He spent the remainder of his stay berating all the staff asking for names and other inappropriate information. Finally they left and the place became so quiet and peaceful. Will definitely be coming back next time weāre in town. And those staff on duty deserve all the praise. They handled it...

Really excellent customer service, when you walk through the door, they greet you, but not in a way that makes it take longer for whatever task they're assigned to. The line up often takes a little bit though; but must be taken into account I come in during their rush hour. They also remember their regulars and interact with them; something their competition such as McCafe or Tims doesn't do.
The weekend morning staff is okay but takes quite a bit longer, and the drink quality is a little bit more unpredictable. Some days the wait takes forever (despite not being as busy as the weekday), and the drinks are a disappointing purchase. Because it's so hit and miss I don't want to trash on all of the weekend morning staff, sometimes it's a great experience, sometimes it's not worth the price. In their defense, I think I've seen more new faces on weekend lately, so perhaps with more training and practice the speed and quality will improve; the customer service is still really great for weekend staff.
Would be nice if the drive thru was a little quicker...

Tonight I went through the drive though to give it one last chance. I regret my decision. It was slow. Nobody behind or in front of me. I ordered something new with my bf. Asked them to give me a second at the window and they didnāt like that. A lady came to the speaker and ignorantly said āare you going to order something?!ā I then rushed and finished my order. Got to the window where nobody was behind me still. Paid. Got mine and my bfās drinks. I hadnāt drove away right away as nobody was behind me so put my straw in my drink before driving away. Some crazy lady jumps to the window saying āyou need to get out of the drive through now!ā And before I could even say anything she slammed the window shut. Will...
