Edo Japan — Restaurant in Grande Prairie

This is the second time they have missed things in my order. I sent my boyfriend to get the food this time and forgot to tell him to check it (which I shouldn't have to). As this is the second time, i feel they are just ripping me off at this point. I paid for food that they are probably eating or just not even making and banking the money. I ordered 3 things how hard is it to make sure it's all there. I shouldn't have to drive back to the store to get what I paid for, wasn't worth driving back since it was a snow storm. One person didn't get to eat since their order was missing and I paid for it! For the second time! Nothing but issues with Edo wish I could give 0 stars. Thought I'd give them another chance and they blew it, lesson learned will never order from this...

I had an excellent experience at Edo Japan – Grande Prairie Mall. The food is always fresh, delicious and cooked perfectly with great flavors. The portions are generous and definitely worth the price. The restaurant is clean and well organized, and the service is fast even during busy hours. The staff are very friendly, polite and welcoming every time I visit. They truly care about customer satisfaction and always prepare the food with consistency. Had the teriyaki beef bowl to go Saturday about 4 pm Aug 14 2021. . If I had ate in the place or live in Grande Prairie, I would have retutned it . It barely had any sauce even though I asked for extra, mostly rice , barely any cabbage . This is the first time I have ever ate from there and it will be the last.
