Pizza 73 — Restaurant in Greater Highlands

Tried to order 1 pizza with all pepperoni, half cheese and half no cheese. Because I have 1 tiny child who has a Dairy allergy, and there is no use buying a whole pizza with dairy-free cheese, because he is not capable of eating a whole pizza and nobody else will eat it. So I selected "no cheese, and selected extra cheese as a topping for half the pizza". My whole order came without cheese! The rest of my family wants cheese. The second pizza automatically selected itself as "no cheese" just because I wanted the first one to have none. That is a mistake on your website that you need to fix, that is not my fault. So instead of them calling me and telling me they cannot put cheese on only half a pizza, they just put zero cheese on anything. I called to get it sorted out, and they did not want to help me. Waste of my time and money. Now I have two pizzas with no cheese, all because I have a toddler with a dairy allergy! Its all going to the garbage because the other 75% of my family...

Stopped into the Beverly location 50 st and 118 Avenue on the way home. Ordered a Grand Slam with extra sauce and the wing meal and waited the 15 minutes for it to be ready. The counter person, on handing me my order said "Here's your grand slam with extra sauce." 20 minutes to drive home, starving and finally get to take a bite, no extra sauce, pizza's dry af. Called customer service, no help at all. Offered me a $5 coupon for my next order or go back (I ordered in store, they won't remake it and deliver it which is all I wanted). So now I have to go back out (it's minus 20 outside) and burn my gas to get a refund on this order that i would rather just throw in the garbage. Very disappointed with both the location and the customer service. I won't order from this...

We have been to this location more than once. However, the last 2 visits, the lady who takes your order has been rude and plain nasty. I had asked them not to add Parmesan cheese to the pizza and only cheddar due to a parmesan cheese allergy, and she said that she had no idea what parmesan even was and told me that if I needed special food items that I should go elsewhere....no joke she actually told me to go elsewhere to buy due to the fact I have a parmesan allergy and it was too much of an imposition for me to request only cheddar cheese on the pizzas for my family and myself 🙄 Awesome customer service, right?
