This used to be a good location, but not anymore. Friendly service has been replaced with a barrage of questions and getting cutoff while trying to place an order.
When I pull into a fast food location, I'd expect to tell the person what I would like to order.
Here, you start telling them "a mama burger combo with..." only to be cut off with an aggressive WOULD YOU LIKE CHEESE AND BACON?!?! Only to say " no but I'll take..." only to get cut off again with "WITH ONION RINGS AND ROOT BEER????"
Let your customer say what they want to order then ask questions later! I get that it's probably a sales tactic to try to push customers to spend more but ITS ANNOYING and disrespectful!!
If this is how this location will continue to be, I will take my business elsewhere. I already gave up halfway through my order at the silver hills location and I'll do it here...
