Chop Stix Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

We ordered the Dinner for 3 and had it delivered. They don't have an Interac machine with the delivery driver so I had to pay with my credit card over the phone. The food was here within 10 minutes after I ordered. The food is absolutely delicious. I would agree with the first review that it is the best Chinese i've had. Definitely will order from again.

Edit I have changed my service rating to Good. The reason I have done this is if you question something that has been done the female owner and the owner's son will become very defensive and rude. For example when paying with a credit card a $10-$12 charge is always added to the order (This charge comes off on the next business day) I questioned the female owner about this and was told "We no charge extra, you try rip us off. We no deliver to you no more". I ended up speaking with the male owner after that and he was very reasonable and listened to me instead of assuming I was trying to rip them off. I explained to him what had happened and we worked it out. Another example is on another order we were short one rice with our order of curry chicken so we called up and got the son, explained to him we were short one rice on our order. He told us "My parents own restaurant long time, you only get one rice per order". We tried to explain that the curry beef we ordered had a rice but the chicken did not, he was insistent only one rice per order. If i'm not mistaken each curry is a different order. Amazing food at this restaurant and fast delivery but don't question them about anything.

Some of the worst Chinese food we've had in a long time. Ordered take out on a Sunday night. Person taking order had difficulty understanding our order but after several minutes we got it cleared up. Food arrived promptly, delivery driver was friendly. Unfortunately the same can't be said for the food. Almond Soo Guy was horrible. Breaded chicken was hard on the outside and mushy on the inside. Sauce was a congealed glob that was inedible. Almonds were a handful of whole almonds in a bag. We usually expect ground almonds. Was odd. Chicken balls again were coated in a very hard shell. Dough inside was mush but chicken was ok. Shrimp Foo Young was extremely greasy with oil floating on the top - lacking in real gravy. Oddly it was served with chicken in it as well. Fried rice was cold but was warmed up in microwave and the best dish we had. For the cost of this meal we should have...

NEVER GOING BACK - worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced - Got delivery and paid visa over the phone. I was the only one of the family who ate egg rolls and got food poisoning that night. Was not so pleased about that but let it go UNTIL….. I check my bank account and see a posted transaction and an authorized one both from Chop Stix of the same amount, my first thought: they double charged me, do big deal I’ll call them and it will get resolved. NOPE, I call and the lady immediately tells me that it is impossible they double charged me and basically yells at me for 15 minutes telling me there’s no way she could make a mistake because she has 23 years experience…. I told her people make mistakes and I just want it resolved. The conversation did not end well. I ended up calling the bank and having them resolve it on there end. Not happy at all with the way they dealt with...
