Be VERY careful if you use coupons at this location!!!! I recently went to the drive-thru to order dinner as we had coupons we wished to use. I ordered, specified what coupon I was using and drove to the cash to pay on credit card. Once I had given my coupon and tapped my payment, I noticed the amount seemed quite high considering the order and the coupon. I mentioned this to the cashier and, standing there with my coupon in hand, she casually mentioned "I forgot to process your coupon". She spoke to another staff, I presumed on how to correct the error, and came back and said, it's ok though, I can give you back your coupon..... REALLY???? REALLY???? I SAID I WANTED THE COUPON PROCESSED ON MY ORDER AND SHE SAID "I CAN'T DO THAT, YOU ALREADY PAID!" I was very taken aback by this response and as I was trying to formulate my dissatisfaction, she spun around and walked in back leaving me with some very uncomfortable looking employees staring at me from a distance. I came to your Valley location. I ordered a Teen Combo with fries and a root beer. My order number is #423. Time ordered:5:49:49 pm

I asked for no onions,

Mayonnaise on the lettuce and tomato side Mustard and ketchup on the Meat side. ●●● I had to repeat myself four times

On previous visits when I ordered the Teen Burger all the condiments were poured all on one side in one spot. The meat looked like it was glued to the bare bun. It looked gross with a "gummed up" bun.

I did not get any pickles and see on the receipt it says No Onions, No Pickles. The items making up the Combo were priced individually. This tells me I did not get the Teen COMBO Price. Cost of this meal cost $12.75.

There was no serviettes in the bag. I believe all customers need at least 3 services.

In order to do this report, I had to stop, pull over and take the time to look after this Feed Back Report.

My wife and I went to A&W in Val Caron, I noticed the manager/operator was really on top of things, he conversed with the staff in a friendly manner. The order was taken and presented within two minutes. The food was hot and very good, all of the condiments were full and readily available. The tables and working surfaces were clean and in fact the operator asked an assistant to wipe the tables and condiment area. There was a queue of about eight customers and we were served in a very timely fashion. I sat facing the work area and noticed how efficient and concerned the operator was, with dealing with customers and staff. After I ate, I thought it would be a good idea to get his attention and commend him on his establishment, he asked if the food was good and was appreciative of my comments.
