Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

Besides the fact that they take forever to make pizza and never ever have any hot and ready pizzas they tried to charge me $2 for extra pizza sauce. I understand extra charges for toppings like cheese and whatnot but sauce come on now. Literally every pizza place does extra pizza sauce for free. I know they do too cause I get pizza here at least once a week for my kids and you can order pizza online through their website and there is an option for extra sauce that doesn’t cost anymore money. They just tried to rip me off thinking I would pay without thinking about it. Probably trying to pocket the extra money. Wonder how many people they rip off daily and pocket the extra money. Will not return to this location. It has gone way downhill since they hired all new staff. I attached a pic of their online ordering showing that extra sauce does not cost anything. I have been a customer of Little Caesars for decades. In college 2008, I use to eat a hot and ready several times a week and it was amazing at a cheap value. Of course time and inflation have occurred and its still relatively cheap to acquire. Over the years my tasting palet have changed and I don't know if I taste a difference to the crust that I can't quite tell if I enjoy or not. I have had various menu items such as the stuff crust pizzas, the classics, deepdish and even the new crazy puffs. Some people in these reviews have no idea of how food service establishments operate & it really shows. Ever since this location had opened, I've almost nothing to say but wonderful things about the taste, service, etc. Yes, I've had butter & parmesan missing once or twice on my Stuffed Crust but this is as far as it went really. You'all want Hot & Ready 24/7 but I'm willing to bet my annual salary that the first day they provide you with that, a bunch of them will end up in the garbage bin after they close.
