Great Lakes Pizza — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

Every other week I pick up a walk-in special. Large pepperoni. Yesterday I noticed the price went up again and I also noticed that the crust for pizza changed and so did the amount of cheese on it. The pics on this review site must be from years ago cause there’s no way they put that much toppings on anymore. Very disappointed. Why prices are going up I’ll never know. Four things on this pizza. The crust, sauce, pepperoni and the cheese. These items have not gone up in price. If they have from where your getting it then change supplier. The grocery store have not raised any prices on these items. If they did go up, you up your prices so why are you so cheap with the amount on a pizza if we’re already paying more? We ordered an extra large and a large pizza. The toppings were great but the dough was half raw. Called to let them know and the owner was not there. Later, the cook called to let me know that the owner was only offering to replace the pizza that night. We were full and live out of town. We asked if our in-laws could just get another pizza at another time. That was not a possibility we have to take the pizza that night. They did not replaceable both pizzas they only gave us one large pizza as replacement. We had no choice it was that or get nothing. Good pizza and very consistent. I'm giving a 3 because of the phone thing. They don't answer and you don't know if they are closed or what's up. Like is there an emergency where I need to drive there to see if everyone is ok? Just let us know you guys are ok in there and if we need to worry or not. New phone technology can manage their customers and make them more money by not losing orders and keeping people happy. Profit is measured on return business. If ownership needs me to put this in place for them to make more money and better serve their clients please let me know. I'm a problem solver and I get stuff done.
