Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

I never leave reviews but I have have also never been stolen from by a restaurant until now. On the 21st of September I ordered online from this location totalling $49. I ordered for delivery and after I ordered I noticed my order said pickup. I called Pizza Hut customer service centre and was told because they don’t deliver to my location (copper cliff) it switched to pickup at checkout. I was unable to pick it up so I canceled my order. I received a call from the location where my order was placed (loaches Road) where the woman on the phone asked for confirmation that I was cancelling the order which I provided. I was told I would receive my refund within 15 business days. I waited, and when I didn’t receive it within that time period, my husband called the restaurant to see why there was a delay on my refund, and was told by the male associate that he would “look into the order and call back”. He promised he would and never did. My husband said unfortunately we would probably never see that $49 again. We are a family of 4. We have 2 under 2 and are living on 1 persons salary. I like this place!! I order in advance online and pick it up as I'm driving through Sudbury!

At university I used to live accross the street from this pizza hut. My roommate was a server and her boyfriend was the delivery guy. When the temps were below -30 we would order delivery. We were so lazy then.

Location By the 4 corners. Its kinda on the way outta town!

Parking: Big lot no problem!

Goods: Its pizza hut. You've seen the commercials, the have pizza and fantastic wings!

If you are able to, order online -seriously- there's a lot of online specials that are terrific

One thing. I'd ask for it to be a bit well done. I've found the last few times that the pizza could do with a minute or two more cooking to get that crispy pan crust. Bit otherwise everything is great. They don't skimp on the toppings!

Staff: So nice. Don't forget to leave a tip even if you order online! Even if it's a dollar or two. Minimum wage sucks.

ya can service at loaches road was horrible last time i ordered my slices were all tossed over the box some turned upside down as if they were agree with the pizza i assume they did soemthing to the pizza and didnt eat it ,now i look back at this one star i left they leave me like to complain but you copy past the link it says not taking comment or whatever at this time smh pizza hut have fallen very far from when i was a child ,i would give loaches road negative number if i could , seems to be under new management , and went to hell after that , this is just loaches i speak of i dont speak for the other location i dont know as they wont deliver here im in this horrible loaches road area ,but i tell ya if i want pizza hut that bad i would bus to the other location...
