Not giving 1 star because I think those get overlooked as someone leaving a review who has some sort of vendetta against the restaurant. And in the end, I got a meal that was OK, so it isn’t a 1-star experience.
Very disappointing experience. Decided to go to a sports bar so I could continue watching a football game that had started 15 minutes before. On the many, many TVs they have in the restaurant, none were playing the game. Instead they were showing tennis news on the main tv’s, a replay of a baseball game where the home team lost, golf, and a UFC fight on a couple tv’s that couldn’t be seen from most places in the restaurant.
The food was OK. The fries were overly seasoned and nothing special. The burger was passable, but I’ve had much better at many other restaurants. I would have stayed to try a dessert, but there was no dessert menu on the table for me to look at and make me consider it while I sat there not watching the TV. The food wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good enough to make up for the lack of sports atmosphere.
With the bill, they had advertised that there was free Coca-Cola softdrinks with the purchase of a meal, so I asked for a Coke along with another drink with my meal. In the end, both drinks were on the bill. I couldn’t wait to get out of there, so I didn’t dispute it. I just took it off the tip.
Overall, I would not recommend this place. Nothing particularly bad about it, but nothing good either. If you are going to bother going out for a meal, try to find something that at least offers a better experience, better food, or...
Read moreHad a full night of drinks and was happy with my evening, from atmosphere -service.
However that was not the case from the second I got home with my takeout food.
I ordered the Chicken breast stuffed with Swiss cheese and house-made maple peppercorn bacon, rolled and wrapped in bacon, finished with cream sauce. Served over Yukon Gold mash with buttered vegetables
I’m not sure why I was expecting better from a chain restaurant but it sounded so good while reading the menu description (quoted above)
This meal was complete trash, I know most chain food is microwaved / oven timed, but this was worse, deep fried cordon blue.
Dry, small for the price and could tell they have not changed the freeze in sometime.
Outer colour, brown, suggests old over used grease The taste reassured my above comment, and confirmed deep fried in over used grease.
Would never order this again and may seriously rethink ever returning to the establishment.
They are closed now at this time, and I will be sure to contact manager tomorrow once open.

Not sure it's worth it. Out of the sports bars on the southend of sudbury (5) this one is def ranked low. For $56 @ buzzy browns I got a steak, a soda, a large serving of mash, seasonal veg....and an appetizer. At shoeless Joe's I got a soda, a steak, amd a scoop of mash.......thats it. $56 later and still hungry (I'm not a large portion eater).
The service on the other hand was top notch. Jay is one of the best floor managers in this town. Out of all of sudbury....he knows how to talk to customers. He was friendly and helpful in trying to help me have a gluten free meal. After telling how I was not satisfied with my dinner he offered me a salad to go. It was a nice attempt to fix my experience but unreasonable with my schedule for this evening.
The service was great, the food tasted comparable to everything in the southend of sudbury. That being said, price to food quality and quantity......not worth it. Especially when buzzy browns, chucks roadhouse, Fionn mcools, and st Louis is...
