Floors are sticky and bathrooms disgusting.

Staff power trips and causes fights with people in the dark over the loud music, witnessed a security guard choke hold a guy for accidentally bumping into her. He didn't know she was security. This made everyone witnessing extremely uncomfortable.

Security tried to prevent my friend from going back into the club after watching from INSIDE the doors to make sure her little cousin got in the car of her ride home SAFELY. Which was also extremely annoying. I almost had to walk over and intervene. After we paid $35 for each person to get in and had wristbands? Get real.

The DJ's suck. Play a 10 second or 30 second clip of a good song then play music that sucks. You can't get into the music as it doesn't last long enough, no wonder people have issues actually dancing here. The music queue and mix is horrendous.

The ATM didn't work so we used ALL our money we took out on the increased door price and we're sober the entire night.

What little drinks we did have were IMPOSSIBLE to get as the server kept repeatedly serving the same people and everyone but us, even though we were trying to show we were trying to order she outright ignored us to the point I had to lean over the bar and wave my hand almost in her face to grab her attention. It took us 30 minutes to get one drink? That doesn't happen down south, at all. This girl was too concerned with serving the guys and flirting than she was doing her job.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Don't waste your time going here, go to Toronto for a real clubbing experience. This was the dumbest weekend...

DO NOT ATTEND CONCERTS HERE! Not only did they over book; we paid extra for vip seats which we didn’t get, bottle service which was knocked over by a bratty girl when security refused to let her pass; In his attempt to stop her he knocked 3 whole bottles over and the cups… (she made it through). Which then, the bottles or cups did not get restocked. Also they didn’t provide juice/pop with the liquor originally so we had to drink it straight… The alcohol went to waste due to being on the ground and having no cups to drink it out of … The waitress’ were really nice so the stars I did give go to them only. They were fantastic and friendly for the time we did see them. They attempted to relocate us to our booth but the others refused to move.. by doing so we lost our original booth. DO NOT GO HERE!!! My buddies and I bought tickets for the party that they had going on Halloween weekend. The staff that works at this place are some of the most uneducated, rude, and unprofessional people I’ve ever met. This Halloween event was not organized in the slightest. They sold more tickets than they had room for so people ended up buying tickets and weren’t even able to get in. On Saturday night the inside of this filthy place was so packed you could barley move. Due to the amount of people that were inside it took over an hour to get one drink. I’ve talked to many others who said they had the same poor experiences at this so called “club” this past weekend. Until this place learns how to treat their paying customers with respect.. stay away from this dump you...
