Highly doubt it’s just me, that sees how downhill a once great place and a staple in the community has gone downhill. If you go there after 6 you’re lucky to get a donut or muffin to go with your coffee. Even that is hit and miss nowadays. But it’s a snowballs chance in he77 you can get anything of substance to put in your belly. It’s almost just a plain Jane coffee shop! (That’s it that’s all) I so tired of hearing “no we don’t serve food this time of day) and it’s not even 7:00 as well as “sorry our dark roast machine is down” and when you ask for a simple muffin??? Ummmm I’ll have to look and see if we have any left! “No sorry we are out” and not even usually a sorry. Just no we are out. Then when I pay and receive my coffee, cause I was raised to have manners… I say thank you! Just to have the window closed on you without so much as the thought of saying you’re welcome and I’m the one that says “ have a good evening “ I tell my gf, that’s it! I’m not saying thank you no more!!! No way!! Just to have it come out anyways as the window again closes in my face and I let out the Homer Simpson DOHHH smh. I think Timmie’s needs to have a training camp for new servers. Cause I for one miss the relationship we use to build with the ppl at the drive thru, that you see multiple times a day at damn near the exact same time for yrs. Abby & Mel lol and when we pull up to the speaker and you say hi, they automatically know what your order will be and your cup has smilie faces all over the lids lol. Wee bit of a rant! But oh well! This guy just wants his crispy chicken bacon ranch wrap with no tomato at 7-8 when I’m busting my butt working and I’m...
Read moreMy friend and I ordered one steeped tea and one coffee at this ( on 14th july 2025) Tim Hortons, but what I received was disappointing — the tea was not fresh and barely warm. Then staff name is 'Mason'. When I complained, the staff member simply put the same tea in the oven to reheat it and gave it back, which was unacceptable. 🤮
After I complained again, he said making a fresh tea would take time. I reminded him that I had paid for it and didn’t want old, lukewarm tea. Only then did he go to the machine, change the paper filter, and finally make a proper fresh tea.
This kind of careless service is frustrating, especially when customers are paying for quality. A basic order like tea shouldn’t be this complicated, and reheating old tea is not the solution. Very disappointed with both the drink and the staff attitude at this location. 🙏I felt too bad🙏
Not recommended 👎 Utterly hopeless service👎 👉Disrespecting customers after the money is paid for any coffee or food item. My friends and I will not go there again 🫨 👉Very excellent and quick service in taking money from customers but the staff gives very poor service to customers. 👉So please Don't waste your hardly earned money and go for this type of food waste - the old tea...

I began my dining experience by waiting in excess of 15 minutes in the drive through before I could provide my mobile order number to the clerk on the communicator. I was then informed that my mobile order did not exist, so I requested to approach the window to sort it out.
I then showed the employees my order information proving that the order was indeed sent to their restaurant 15 minutes prior to my arrival. They took my phone to investigate the order further, and asked me to provide proof that I paid for the order- Which was redundant because you can't get an order number without paying.
I opened my email to show my receipt and after some dispute they finally agreed to process the order. I was asked to park up in front of the store because I had already held up the queue for an unnecessary amount of time.
I waited for a little longer and received the middle finger from a number of customers I had held up behind me. When I got the rest of my order, I learned that they forgot the bacon on both my wraps. I would have gone back to deal with that if it wasn't raining and I hadn't taken up my whole break to use the...
