Silver Bullet — Restaurant in Greater Sudbury

Just wow. We called and asked if they let you order and then pick it up, the woman was super rude, and even asked where we lived which I thought was crazy. We placed our order for pickup at 6 pm, pulled out cash as they do not take cards and had a cab waiting to take me home following pickup. Upon arrival to pick up my food take out my cash to pay, and she informed me that they do not drop food until people come as they have a lot of no-shows? Why would you not tell me this on the phone before I had already spent money taking it out of the ATM and for a cab? I would’ve just ordered food from five guys like I ended up doing! Not to mention after all, that she had the audacity to ask me to pay before I even got the food, or it started cooking! We arrived five minutes early! Super unprofessional and rude wasting peoples money when you could’ve just said yes or no plain and simple. Update WOW!!! We got our first takeout order of the season today from the Lasalle & Falconbridge location and it was awesome!!! The munchie platter was perfect, crispy not crunchy and not too greasy. The cheesesticks are the best I've had in Sudbury. The price is fair and portions are great! My husband totally enjoyed his poutine. As a side note the fries this time were perfectly done, slightly crispy and lightly salted.

Manager has a mouth,staff was overworked and snooty.Had to remind the staff 2 times about my order,watched several people who ordered 20 minutes after me walk away with their food.And when I finally got my order almost 65 minutes later it was not all there,and messy.I had to ask again for missing beverages and when I thanked the server she gave me a uhuh.No manners and very unorganized.The manager did however try to make up for things by giving me a 10 dollar gift card,but it's a little too late.You won't be getting any of my money...
