I went to pick up a sandwich and wedges on my lunch break. I spent the first 4 minutes waiting at the drive-through where there was someone waiting for an unknown an amount of time with no cars in from of them. I then decided to park and go inside, the girl who took my order, used the wrong computer? Then had to re-do my order. Then walked away for about a minute or so, to then comeback and advise they didn’t have right buns for the sandwich. I said thats fine, as I had already paid. Then they had run out of another ingredient, one of which I’m not 100% because I could barely understand this employee through their accent and they continually mumbled while talking. Then a minutes later, she advises they don’t have wedges. I then asked for a refund at that point because the whole meal essentially wasn’t available. I wasted my time and had to go back to work hungry. I have no problems in the mid afternoons or mornings but have continuous problems during the evening, when I try to come to this location for lunch.
UPDATE BECAUSE GOOGLE DOESNT LET YOU POST MORE THAN ONE REVIEW
I just went recently had my breakfast sandwich completely burnt. My order was different but NOT hard. The didnt even put any spread on my bagel. Like they did but it was buttered on? So minimal! It had melted like so tiny it was bad. When I went in, the guy I spoke to was nice he clearly cares and has been there a bit. Then calls over the what I believe manager lady who proceeds to like basically interrogate me about my order to which I finally say just open and look at it. She apologized straight away complained about how they would’ve never given a sandwich like that. Asked if I’m sure I get it there. Then replaced the order. I’m glad it was replaced but the hassles plus I’ve had more bad experiences in between the ones one written. And no I don’t want to spend an hour filling out information for a $5 dollar gift card. I’ve went to this place since I was 7. Their service has been absolutely terrible for the last two years at least. Maybe their coffee is good but everything else is terrible.
Oh another point because I just remembered this experience. I saw the drive through was super long, so I went inside because I had a little time crunch. To which they put EVERY customer inside on the side to wait until they finished the drive through. I’ve never seen such bad service. You don’t not service customers inside completely for over 15 minutes to do the drive through. It was bad. I don’t even need people to read this complete review, I know this place will keep falling on its own. I’m just sad it had to be my favourite one. It clearly needs help at...

After the trainee asked me 4 times what kind of breakfast sandwich I wanted, because she couldn't find the button, she asked for her supervisor to help. SHIVANI (SORRY if it's spelled wrong) came to help her. She asked me again what I wanted. I explained again a bacon egg and cheese on a plain toasted bagel. She proceeded with the order took my money and made my coffees.....no bagels put down....10 minutes pass and then Shivani asked if I could take a all kinds bagels since they were out of everything else. Not once did she check....she already knew this when she took the order. I asked her to refund me and explained how poor customer service it was for her to have taken my order knowing she couldn't fulfill it. She wanted to argue with me about when she came to work and what she claimed to know or not know...When I turned to leave she slammed her cash so hard she threw coins all over the floor. Disgusting customer service is becoming the norm in this location which used to be one of the best...
Read moreHonestly almost very Tim hortons in Sudbury has gone to complete garbage unless it's 6:30 to 8 pm. Huge language barrier from the northern ontarians who've lived in Sudbury their whole lives, to some immigrants taking over all Tim Horton chains. Not only that, they barely ever have the food you want if it's not early hours or midday. If it's past 8PM and you're trying to grab sweets or a pastry ( which timmies is known for, coffee and a donut) . I wish I had the capital to bring back the atmosphere of these chains and also the proper service. It's 8:02 PM and I'm at the big Timmys on Lorne Street and they have no sweets at all and that's after saying they had a maple dip which they had to correct at window and say oops sorry we don't have anything. I at least thank them for indirectly, getting me back into shape. But the ladies in the...
