Mary Brown's Chicken — Restaurant in Greenwood

Chicken was flavorless and very greasy. The wedges looked cooked but were hard when you bite into them...almost like eating a raw potatoe. The coleslaw was disgusting as it was almost like soup. You can tell that the staff doesn't like working there because they are over worked and under paid. The cost for the meals are over priced. The wait period is very long. The drive thru is a joke as they can't properly hear your order. The location is good however, when you walk into the place you are hit with a heavy grease atmosphere which makes you feel dirty.

I want to start off by saying their food is probably the best fast food you can get in the area. Always fresh and very tasty. Reason for the 3/5 stars is everytime we go there as a family through drive-thru, there are items missing from our order. This has happened 5 times now. Three of those times it was a main course which we had ordered for one of the kids and the other two were small items like dipping sauces or sides. Not sure if this is being done on purpose or just being overlooked by the staff. But it is giving me second thoughts about ordering...

Before I could even walk in the store an employee started yelling and cursing with language that did not need to be used simply because my mother was throwing something in their garbage cans.There was only a few cans with no clear indication they were employee only, there is no public cans on the property. This employee was not only very rude, but extremely aggressive and uncalled for. I had to call my mother to come back into the car as she was frozen not knowing what to say.
