TrueStyle Furniture Plus — Local services in Greenwood

We have been fairly satisfied customers of Truestyle Furniture for 5 years and after several pretty frustrating experiences with other area furniture stores had felt fortunate to have Truestyle located nearby. For that matter Truestyle Furniture has come through with appliances for us in the past that other large retailers had just kept perpetually back ordering for months on end. With that said however my most recent purchase from their website had some hiccups concerning pricing details and delivery estimates which unfortunately led to several pretty heated exchanges over the phone in the end. The Truestyle Furniture website has some inaccuracies and ambiguity in its details which need to be cleared up, however there were assumptions made on my part as well which I did not clarify before placing my order. Unfortunately this last purchase fell off the rails, however I have to give Truestyle Furniture credit as the store came through in the end and made things right from my perspective. In this age of just clicking ‘Buy’ on a website I would recommend attending Truestyle in person to conduct a purchase, alternately at least call them to verify all details of an online item before ordering. Doing so could potentially avoid some entirely unnecessary angst concerning...

I was very happy when I walked into the showroom and impressed with the selection and quality of furniture for every room and a great selection of high end appliances. I was able to choose everything I needed and more in less than an hour. The staff was very helpful and not pushy and they were very knowledgeable about their products. The free local delivery service is certainly a plus. One antidote: there was a particular cushion that really caught my eye as it matched beautifully with my new drapes and even though it was not the one to accent two pieces of furniture I purchased the owner was kind enough to oblige my request to have it. To me that was a true gesture of customer service. I definitely will be shopping for the rest of my purchases at Truestyle Furniture...

We bought a power love seat and recliner back in February and 3 months later the left side of the love seat stopped working. We thought we would have to jump through hoops to get it fixed because we could not find the receipt. I called and Tamlyn answered the phone and I gave her my information and told her the issue and she was going to research it and get back to me. I left like 10 minutes later and that’s when she called back so I called back and spoke with Allen and he was just as awesome. The part has been ordered and Tamlyn and Allen were amazing to deal with!! I would definitely go back there for more...
