Pizza Hut Greenwood — Restaurant in Greenwood

After 4 attempts @ 4 different times, we finally got to try the new pizza hut location; On our 1st attempt, it was way too busy and with an 1hr 45min wait - we passed (I get it - its busy because its new); 2nd attempt, we called numerous times over an hr, couldnt get thru so we decided to drive to the location, it was closed due to Technical reasons?; 3rd attempt, we called numerous times over an hr, couldnt get thru so we decided to drive to the location @ 7:30 pm and they ran out of Med & Lg dough?; 4th attempt, we called and got through :), we had a slightly modified order ( add pineapple, extra sauce & well done) given a 35 min wait (reasonable), so we showed up 10 mins early, and pizza was ready. We made an order, they told us 45 minutes, I said that’s a little too long for us just cancel that order. They said they could guarantee it would be ready in 15 minutes. A little weird but to go from 45 to 15 but okay. We get there and they tell us five more minutes. Then they tell us they gave our order away to someone else. Five more minutes. Then again, five more minutes. Ended up taking longer than the original 45 minute wait. I never mind waiting if I’m not in a hurry but we were. The service here is very poor and they lied to us multiple times just to get the sale. Very disappointing behaviour. They could have avoided this poor review by just allowing me to cancel the order when I found out...

I placed an order for delivery. Our order was processed and delivery time was sent out for a 15 minute wait time… we were told the food was delivered and it was not.. we called into the store, and were told the driver was stuck in the snow and that they were sending another driver and the new driver would be arriving in a few minutes with our food.. another half hour goes by and the food still isn’t here. My food arrived well over an hour late..

When my food finally arrived, I opened it to discover it was cold and undercooked..
