Its 3:30 am on Sat. Nov.19, 2022. Been sitting here over 15 min. At a 24 hr location, and the staff will not come to the drive through window, di not answer the phone or knocking at the door. What's the point of being open, if your not going to serve anything.... Tims has really gone down hill since its been sold. Beside not so good donuts anymore, its now got terrible service... Manager should actually manage his store...
We are leaving as its now been 25 min, and still no staff to take your order. Update: Just before I left a staff member finally came out of the back, he wasn't going to come to the window, but I kept insisting he did. He tells me they are closed, I mention all the signs that say 24 hrs on, pointing to the one that is 2 inches from his face. He reply, oh well we used to be, but that was long time ago... Being new in town, how would I know this, as Google also lists them as 24hr. I say dont you think you really should take down that sign?? He tells me thats a good idea? Cause no one else was smart enough to think of that?? Seriously?? I promise its not just because I have 15 years of retail mgmt behind me, that I was able to come up with this idea... Someone at head office really needs to reconsider the people working as the district manager, store manager, and the staff. Seems like they have a combined IQ of a stick.... No wonder this store has a 2.5 rating.... Also, the glaze/icing shouldn't be the same thickness of the donut, its to be a glaze, light and thin - not send you into a sugar induced coma. Learn some...
Read moreUnfortunately this place has gotten worse over the past few months. A lot of the time workers are not marking what drinks are, or straight up getting them wrong (wether that be them handing you a completely different drink or giving you your drink made incorrectly)
Countless times I order steeped tea with milk and instead I’ll get a tea with cream that doesn’t taste good or even remotely the same. The farmers & breakfast wraps are hit or miss, sometimes they don’t have any sauce at all or you eat a rubbery egg. I’ve pulled a long hair out of a turkey sandwich as well.
If you let the staff know they messed up your order they look at you like you’re crazy, as if it is your fault. Even If they get you a replacement it’s 50/50 whether it will actually be what you asked for or another item made wrong.
Shouldn’t new staff should be brought in when the current ones are not doing well at their jobs? If there was another option, I’m sure people would take their...
Read moreI don't usually complain about corporations, but this Tim's has gotten under my skin. Most of the time, the order is wrong, but still edible. But lately, they've been giving me drinks I can't even have. I can't drink coffee due to an allergy, but five times in a row, I've ordered a steeped tea, with three milk, and they've given me a coffee instead. I usually don't notice it's even wrong until I drive away, because they always tell me it's a tea. But now, I've gotten into the habit of sniffing my order to make sure it's actually what I ordered. Today, they actually did give me a tea, but they made it with cream, and it had curdled by the time I got home (I live not even 2 minutes away). I've tried to call the store a few times because the staff at the counter never care. But I've always just been hung up on once I get to the "manager". It's sad that this Tim's is the only full-service one in the area, so it has to be busy, but they really need...
