Every time I go to through this drive thru, if the lovely woman with curly blonde hair and bright eyes ISN’T working the window, the experience is less than stellar.
Forgotten about or wrong menu items in delivered order happens a lot, intercom rustling makes it difficult to order through drive through, app pricing doesn’t match the checkout - all small issues that have no large impact but gosh forbid you mention it at the window - you’re in for a rude response, deal-with-it attitude that never seems to be the person’s responsibility to help you out with.
These things happen - but the way it’s handled with utter rudeness it’s really disheartening as a customer. This is customer service, and (todays issue I decided to ask about:) if a customer is sharing something like a $3 difference in what they’re expecting to pay because of an app offer - I’m sorry that Tim Hortons doesn’t have a perfect app system between stores and head office - but to shake your head, get so upset and basically say “that’s what the computer says so pay it” it just really weird. Called the manager in a huff and wouldn’t even attempt to problem solve, acting like I was yelling at her. So weird.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly service, and despite it being a busy time of day, the staff handled orders efficiently and with a smile. The coffee was fresh, hot, and made exactly how I ordered it. I also tried a farmer’s wrap, and it was delicious—warm, well-prepared, and with just the right balance of flavors. It’s clear that the team takes pride in the quality of the food and drinks they serve. The location itself was clean and well-maintained. Tables were wiped down, and the floors were tidy, making it a comfortable spot to sit and enjoy my coffee. Even the drive-thru seemed to be moving quickly, which is always a plus for those on the go. What really stood out to me was the staff’s friendliness. They were patient, polite, and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. It’s always nice to visit a place where you feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Overall, this Tim Hortons provides a consistently good experience, and I’ll definitely be returning. Read moreWe liked the people working there, no issue there, but there is a lack of training at this store, their terminal did not work at the window drive through so the window girl offerd to take it to another terminal in the store, mind you I was in the drive through, my card was out my sight for a short period of time, I did approve her to do it, BUT it shouldn't be an option and could be used for stealing client card numbers, it takes 2 seconds to magswip or read a cards data for later transactions on my card. It will be deactivated today and replaced because I wanted my coffee. I hope this reaches the owner and they understand. sometimes nice is not always a good and liable option, you run great risk in doing that.
