The hot dogs I ordered during summer were 4.99 with just meat mustard and ketchup. I ordered one just now, 6.99 and bacon on it. Cannot understand the guy on speaker. And I complained about the price when ordering and told him why is it 6.99 for a hotdogs with ketchup mustard and bread? I got to the wndow and it was $7.90 , I had to wait for my food , got parked like always at this location. And order came out, no receipt and wrong hot dog. Not sure why this location is still in operation. It's not fast food here. It's wait for your food and pay out the ass for it. Food is never ready here. Sucks when you only got a 25 min lunch. And the reply I got states that the hotdogs are still 4.99. We'll looks like they never read this review properly. Because if you, responder, know the price and I knew the price, why the hell don't the csr know that? Even after I asked him and told him the price was 4.99. He had no clue what I was talking about. He kept saying whistle dog. When he could have mentioned the 4.99. But obviously he is clueless. A&W Has gone to crap at this location. Pulled up to the drive-through around 5:30 today (Saturday), no other cars there, but a few people eating inside. It appeared that only one person was working both the window and the counter alone. She clearly could not keep up, and the car that pulled in behind us got frustrated and drove around us to exit without completing their order.

Took almost fifteen minutes to get our food. They forgot one of the beverages, and we had to go back through to collect it, waiting an additional 8 minutes. Fries were all cold and clearly not fresh, and everything was stuffed into the bag with little consideration.

I asked for a teen burger for my (admittedly picky) kid to have nothing but ketchup on it. It still had cheese and all condiments on it.

I asked for a beyond meat burger with no onions on it. Still had onions on it.

The third order was requested to be an unseeded bun, as my daughter’s friend has an allergy. That was done correctly, however the burger could only be described as “slapped together.”

Three combos came to $51 and change.

This is very frustrating, as this is not the first poor experience with this particular restaurant. There needs to be some re-training or perhaps increased...
