First off, let me start this by saying that I have always been a loyal Subway customer. I will go out of my way to eat at Subway, even if Mr. Sub and Quiznos are more convenient.
I walk in at 10:55 expecting to get a breakfast sub, as Subway serves them until 11:00AM, which is both common knowledge and denoted by the signage in their restaurant. As I order the sausage, egg, and cheese sub I am flat out told by who I assume is the owner/manager, "no". I then show them my phone (which runs off of the universal clock that all cell phones are updated by), and it now says 10:57AM. He points at the clock and says nothing, and the ANALOG clock says 11:01AM. I get it, you have to stick to your parameters, but he was unapologetic, and quite honestly, disrespectful. I have worked as both a retail manager and an member of retail upper management and I would be very upset if my staff simply said no, and pointed to a clock, and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience.
At this point, I am kind of aggravated, but since I do enjoy Subway and was incredibly hungry, I order the tuna sub. He proceeds to put 4 very tiny scoops of tuna on the sub, places the cheese over it, and toasts it. Usually when I get a tuna sub (at ALL other locations) there is at least enough tuna to cover the flatbread, but maybe 70% of the bread had tuna on it. I may be nitpicking by now, but it was just an overall unfortunate experience.
And at the end of all of this, he STILL doesn't apologize for not serving me what I had originally wanted and expected since every clock that I looked at on my way to the location said it was before 11:00AM. Sorry, that just shows that you don't care about pleasing the customer and are just out to get your money.
I will avoid this location from now on, and it has definitely left a bad taste...

I’ve been a loyal Subway customer for years, but this location gave me the worst experience I've ever had. I placed a mobile order today and just wanted to let the cashier know that I like my sandwich extra "saugy" (with more sauces). Instead of politely handling my request, the cashier rudely interrupted me, saying, "Please don’t tell us anything, we can read your order, and if you want to change anything, I’ll cancel your order."
Not only was his attitude completely unprofessional, but he also ruined my sub. I specifically requested it to be toasted, yet he gave it to me without toasting. When I mentioned that I was ordering through the mobile app, his facial expressions became rude, and he even claimed that the owner instructed them to talk to customers this way.
This is NOT how you treat paying customers. We bring business to your store, and in return, we expect decent service, not this kind of treatment. I've visited many Subway locations, but this is by far the worst.
To the owner: If you want to grow your business, you need to educate your staff on customer service. They don’t even know how to talk to people with respect. You’ve lost me as a customer, and I’ll never be returning...
Read more2.30pm, Nov 29 visit: Guy behind the counter had no manners. He literally ordered me to not sign in for dine-in before I showed him my covid-19 passport. Then when I showed him my passport, he got annoyed because I did not pull out my wallet at the same time and again ordered me to show him both. Really callous attitude. I sure hope he's not the owner because he really acted like someone who wished he didn't want to be there.
The sub he made for me was messy. Got my napkins smudged and when I asked for a couple more, carefully took ONE and gave it to me without any decent sense of courtesy.
While I ate, I noticed he was a little nicer to the bigger guys who went in. Then he was a mouse. The guy picks and chooses whom he wants to take out whatever frustrations he has. I don't think I'll visit this place again but if I do and he acts the same way, I won't be as polite anymore.
If he's not the owner, can somebody teach this guy how to talk like a decent person? If he's he owner...well, good luck to those...
