Aside from waiting too long, the employee touched my burrito after handling money without changing his gloves. This is basic food safety procedure. After telling him he is not supposed to be touching food after handling money, he still asked me if I wanted the same burrito.

I of course asked him to make me a new one to which reacted in a very rude manner. The burrito tasted good but this particular employee was very slow and not at all interested in providing good service. What shocked me in this ordeal was lack of basic food handling knowledge and poor attitude.

Last but not least, if one decides to pay by debit or credit, a gratuity is forced upon you. There is no option NOT no leave a tip.

Please give us the option for real salsa. It's nothing against the staff, but corporate decision to not offer real Latino or Spanish ingredients, like curtido, salsa mediana/piquante, frijoles refritos, chucrút, olives, chorizo, and so on... The rice, corn and guacamole were decent efforts but leaves the food feeling lacklustre amongst the "salsa" which is essentially just diced tomatoes with cilantro...

Corporate should really go to a Latino country or take lessons on how to make food actually taste edible. The ingredients options are very lacklustre. The food tastes lacking as a result.

I really like burritos and this place is close to home. I love spice and hot sauces WITH flavour...and I CAN handle hot...(Jamaican scotch bonnet pepper hot). But the sauce they used on my burrito bowl, although VERY hot, had ZERO flavor. And, it was applied so liberally to the bland chicken (I'm assuming to give it flavour) that it completely ruined my dinner. The lack of authentic seasoning on the dry chicken combined with skimpy vegetables and sparse toppings (did not even offer cheese OR salsa as topping options) all then drenched with a super hot but FLAVORLESS sauce made for a very disappointing experience.
