Worst experience I've ever had. This was the first time ordering from here. The guy we were speaking with had an attitude. When he gave the total, the pricing seemed off. I asked for the price breakdown and he wasn't giving it to me at all first. He mentioned that "if you want to order from here, let me know and I can place it for you.". The main thing was for the PRICE BREAKDOWN when the order was placed. Told us that the receipt will come to your house and check there. After chatting for a few mins and telling him why HE SHOULD GIVE IT to me and in the end, he did.
The delivery needs a HUGE improvement.
Ordered it at 9:45pm and got it around 11:20pm. That's a long wait for pizza. I had the opportunity to cancel and order from somewhere else and would've got it much faster but I didn't (reasoning is stated after this paragraph). Even the delivery guy had an attitude. Was also charged $5 for delivery for a long wait - WOW. The delivery guy wasn't also giving us the receipt when I asked 5 times. I even saw him holding it.
The reason I ordered because I wanted to taste the pizza, how it is, saw a lot of good reviews on it, etc. I just felt disappointed that the employees didn't want us to be happy customers. I won't be ordering from here again. If only google review gave me a chance to give zero stars, I would have. Just really disappointed.

That said, if you want their pizza, do NOT order delivery. We've always done pick-up in the past and been happy with it. However, the last two times we've ordered, we tried using delivery, and it was terrible. We figured the first time might be a fluke, but it was worse the second time:
The first time we tried delivery, we ordered our pizza and I had to call the restaurant an hour later to find out where our pizza was. They said the driver was just leaving and sure enough, it showed up a little while later, slightly cold.
This last time, I pre-ordered the pizza at 4pm (we were having company over and I wanter to be sure supper would be served at a specific time) for a 6pm delivery (the website lets you do this). At 6:30 pm I called them to ask where our pizza was and was told "the driver is on his way". At 6:50pm the driver finally showed up, and our pizzas were stone cold. Like, left out, sitting on a counter for hours cold.

On my first 3 orders, I ordered online and none of them went through to their store (so they say). So after waiting 2 hours each time, I called and they gave me the same story of (our system is down).
The third time the pizza came, which was 3 hours after my initial order, their debit machine was down. So I stood in my cold staircase with the delivery driver with the pizza in hand, waiting for him to sort the issue out. By the time I could pay, my pizza was cold. The driver said I will get a credit on my account for a free pizza on my next order, to make up for their mistakes 3 times in a row.
Tonight I called to make an order, and they had no idea about this credit that was offered, and really did not care. They definitely lost my business, and I will never recommend them to anyone.
*Edit. I do not know what is worse. A response from the owner stating he will talk to the delivery driver about a credit he was not aware of, completely disregarding my review, or the owner not asking a paying customer how to resolve the issue. Absolutely disgusting customer...
