Unfortunately, 0 stars is not an option. My wife LOVES the souvlaki here, and so we decided on a late night Sunday dinner. Around 830 we call, they didn't ask for a name, wether it was pickup or delivery, or even advise of preparation time. The call was hung up, and we waited for a call back (as is standard business practise on dropped calls) however, called back ten minutes later to confirm our order. At this time, the order was ready, which was really surprising. We arranged for delivery, which they said would take a bit as they had to find a driver. Understandable, of course. We then called at 930, inquiring as to the status of our order. After being told it would be another little bit, we asked if it would be fresh or the food that had almost sat an hour. They replied that they would call back in 5. Well, no call back, just the delivery about 15 minutes after that call. Needless to say, it was not food you'd want to pay for anymore. 1030, the manager calls to 'resolve' the issue. My wife did not want to talk, and ignored the call. I picked up the second time and was on the line for almost 20 minutes with him, being very polite as he was trying to give what he called customer satisfaction. Basically, he went on about how his employees knew what they were doing, they have never confirmed orders and that basically it was our fault. He didn't want money, as he wasn't going to call the police, as I suggested since I didn't want to sit there much longer. After about twenty minutes of me being interrupted, my wife took over and was very frank with him, not letting him get a word in. To make it short, he HARASSED us for almost a half hour, the store manager, ending with "don't you ever order from us again " Great way for a store manager to resolve conflict. HIGHLY RECOMMEND...

We placed an order at 8:30pm. Was told that it would be 45 minutes to an hour for delivery. Was told that my order was going to be 31.99 including taxes and delivery fees. I repeated the order and the price and asked again if the price was 31.99 including taxes and deliver fees, and again was told YES. (that was a girl that took the order) Got a phone call a 40 minutes later by the owner to confirm the order. Then a few minutes after that to ask where my address was. (again by the owner) Finally the owner comes to deliver. I confront him on the delivery time, since at that point it was 9:50pm. He said it was just an hour since my call. (first calling me a liar) Then went to take the payment, he said it would be $40.67????? I said that that is not what his employee quoted me. (31.99) He said clearly that I should have known it would be plus tax, and that it was a Friday night and should have expected that the delivery time would be longer. I asked for some sort of compensation, even the delivery fee free or something...he said that it was because we were so far away from his business that it took so long. THEN, when we got to open the food, the pizza was cold, instead of 15 wings that are offered with the deal, we only got 9. The ONLY thing they got right was was the amount and type of pop that we wanted with the ordered. This was absolutely rediculous, worst customer service, and now I have 1 and a half pizza's out of 2 that were ordered that will now go to waste! The OLIVE TREE needs to learn how to deal with customers properly and know when they screw up, how to rectify the situation instead of blaming the customer and losing future business. I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! AWFUL, "OLIVE TREE" YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED...

We've been getting food from here for years. We really like the unlimited topping pizza deal. You can't beat the price and the pizza sauce is really good. However, I have to agree with the rest of the reviewers about the customer service and delivery problems. The first time they delivered for us it was fine. They did forget to include our wings, but when they returned with them they gave us a 2L bottle of pop as an apology for the inconvenience. To me that is good customer service-mistakes happen but how you deal with them is the important part. However, they often won't answer the phone when they are busy, and the last time I tried to get delivery it was a disaster. After waiting 10 minutes past the delivery window, I called to find out what was going on. They told me they hadn't even sent it out yet because the driver wasn't available. When I told him that he could have at least called me to explain the delay and let me decide if I wanted to continue to wait, I got no apology. Instead he told me he was really busy and it wasn't his fault of the driver wasn't there. I told him to forget the order.

So normally I would stop going to a place like this because of the service, but we really do feel it is the best pizza around and really reasonably priced. We also find that the souvlaki is quite tasty, and they use fresh ingredients in their salads. Now if we want Olive Tree food, we occasionally brave calling it in but more often than not we go in to place the order, ensure it is correct and come back to pick it up.
