Extremely disappointing experience — and not the first time.
I placed an order online and waited over 30 minutes, only to find out my drinks hadn’t even been started because they were missing ingredients. No one contacted me to offer alternatives or inform me of the delay. I had to check in myself.
Worse still, I watched them make drinks for walk-in customers who arrived after me. When I asked about my order, they told me to wait another 15 minutes — with no apology, no ownership, and no urgency.
Then they had the nerve to tell me I shouldn’t have come too early and should wait for a notification — even though no notification ever came. Blaming the customer for their own lack of communication is just bad service.
To top it off, the last time I ordered from here, the store was completely closed. They didn’t cancel the order, still charged me, and I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back.
This isn’t just a one-off bad day — it’s a pattern of poor service, no accountability, and zero care for the customer experience. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend...

I've been going here for over a year and the staff consistently mess up orders, once giving me yakult when the sticker said green tea, and then when I asked they insisted it was green tea because the sticker said green tea even though the drink was clearly opaque (which is dangerous because dairy). What's making me write this review however, is that today I witnessed an employee pull down his mask, WIPE HIS NOSE AND IMMEDIATELY START MAKING THE DRINK, I asked him if he could please wash his hands first which he then did and started over on the drink. But I shouldn't have to watch and make sure employees are washing their hands just to not get sick.
I'm certain this is a management issue because almost all the employees I've seen consistently make health and safety errors, not just one person...
Read moreI always buy drinks from CoCo and most of my experierces are great until today. My wife and I purchased 1 of black tea latte and 1 of taro milk tea today. Both drinks are terrible. The black tea latte taste like the tea is been overnight and the milk feels gone bad and sour. The Taro milk tea is just a spoon Taro powder mixed water and it taste exactly like water. After we drink about 1/3 and we gave up. A moment later, my wife not feeling well with her stomach and vomitted up everything. Please treat your customers' health as first priority and do not use expire ingrediants. Please take an investigation and make sure all your employees are well trained....
