Oh where to begin with this mess of a restaurant.... Might as well start with what I ordered. I ordered a chicken shawarma wrap and nothing else. The chicken was completely dried out, chewy, and heavily salted. Clearly was just sitting around for some time and then reheated quickly. The sauces had so much vinegar in them that after my fourth bite I had to throw the wrap out. It was by far the worst wrap I've had in this province. Not the city of Guelph, the entire province of Ontario. I knew something was up when I looked at their website (which by the way is riddled with spelling and grammar mistakes) and saw that their menu had Indian (Butter Chicken), Italian (Pizza), Middle Eastern (Shawarma), Mediterranean (Souvlaki), and Canadian (Poutine). This restaurant has no idea what it wants to be and tries to be more than one thing, but fails at everything. If I were the owners, I would cut your losses and move on to something else. Clearly you have no idea how to run, design, and market a restaurant. Need proof? They have Butter Chicken Poutine under the "Middle East" section of the menu. Since when is Poutine or Butter Chicken middle eastern??? If I were you, I would ignore the other reviews (which I'm fairly certain are fake given the wording used to describe the food) and go somewhere else. Just let this place fail. Read moreI went to this place 3 different times, first time my order was pizza shawarma i waited for 1:03 min, because the owner which is the chef burned the first pizza he was making, he wasn’t communicating and he put me in uncomfortable situations by making me take the burn pizza and I was telling sir I don’t want this burn pizza,and the second one he made, and the second time me and my friend both get extra large pizza shawarma and it was not cooked good as the first time, so we both throw up after we each had like 1slices,and on Dec/23/24 between 9 to 10pm i ordered samosa and fries and he had his family just seating on the counter and old lady took my order and I told them I’m just gonna go to the store next to which I did, and whenever I got back to pick my samosa and fries, i seen kids between 2 or 3 running around in the kitchen and the old lady hand touching my 5 samosa, and the fries, without gloves or anything, the first time I went there the owner was like we have the best pizza shawarma here in all Ontario, which is not true I have went to one pizza shawarma place in Kitchener and I could confirm the one in Kitchener is 100 percent better like is cooked way better than this place, I’m really hungry rn and I don’t even know if I’m gonna eat this 5 samosas and fries, because idk if the old lady I have seen hand touching my food washed her hands or not, never going back to this place again...

I ordered the chicken souvlaki at $11.99, but was charged the price of the salmon souvlaki, which was $13.99. When I asked for my receipt and pointed this out to the owner, I was told that prices went up due to inflation. Yes, I understand how inflation works, and yes, I understand restaurants are increasing prices due to this, however, it was not reflected in their menu cards (stacked immediately adjacent to the cash register). When I pointed this out, I was then directed to the tv monitor, which the owner said shows the new price, but all the monitors were turned off and reportedly not working. I was then directed to their online prices. But I wanted to avoid Uber or Skip as these companies tend to take a large percentage. Rather, I kept a menu card from previous (the same copy that is by the register), called, ordered & drove to pick up my food. I don't know the owner on a personal level, and this could be an honest mistake and just trying to make ends meet. But when you're fighting with a customer to pay the new price, but have no proof of the new price, it can look deceitful to a customer.
