Starbucks — Restaurant in Guelph

I ordered a matcha iced latte with oat milk. Say what you want about the order I prefer cold drinks especially on a hot day. This location I usually pretty slow with making drinks but it’s beside my gym so it’s convenient. To was a little busy so they were extra slow getting drinks so I sat down and patiently waited. That’s not my complaint. I knew something was going to be wrong because several people ahead of me were visibly upset for waiting long and messing up pretty much every order. They made a small instead of a venti for a lady in front of me. One couple said one star after getting their order. When it finally came to me they made me a hot instead of iced. The barista offered to make it again but I didn’t have another 20 minutes to spare. There was a long queue after me and I did not want to make them wait either. I do not recommend...

worst starbucks ever. waited over an hour for my frappachino, only for it to be made wrong 4 times, ending with a refund. she kept making my drink wrong and throwing it out, then was complaing to me she’s out of ingredients that she keeps throwing out. not to mention 3 other customers had complaints about their drink while i was waiting for mine. the staff doesn’t know how to make classic starbucks drinks, and are very very slow. i would not reccomend this location it’s not as good as a real starbucks. awful staff. i’ve never had a starbucks experience like this before, and i will never return to this location, or suggest...

I would like to start off by saying I am not giving a 1 star because of the lovely employee working here. He was all alone which is not his fault. The reason I am leaving a 1 star is because of whoever is in charge of scheduling for this place. The fact that only 1 person is here working during the middle of the day is not okay. And by looking at your other reviews this is not the first time. You are putting your staff in awful situations to always be rushed and behind.
