Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Guelph

I came in for lunch, and the service was terrible. I ordered a hot chocolate with two milk, it was scalding, as if there was NO milk. the cup wasn't even filled all the way. a friend of mine came to join me, so I went to order food. the worker preparing our food, made unnecessarily rude comments about the order itself (two sausage and two cheese on an english muffin and a plain bagel with extra butter), then proceeded to put barely ANY butter on the bagel, which would have been shameful even if we didn't ask for extra. Furthermore, when asked to add more butter, the worker started acting very disrespectfully towards me, and nearly THREW the butter packets on the counter and told me to do it myself. Mind you, I was being fairly respectful, considering the ill-mannered behaviour she was exhibiting. I apologized THREE times while asking for the extra butter, and STILL proceded to thank her. Afterwards, she and co-worker were seemingly gossiping, while staring at us. Mind you, we are teenagers. this kind of behaviour is appalling, and I cannot believe that it is acceptable in this establishment.

The workers here constantly show disrespect to the highschool students who come at lunch, despite us being generally very respectful, and the biggest reason they are still in business due to their lack of a drive through.

The fact I am even giving this a star is generous. I have had one of the worse experiences in a restaurant I only wanted to spend some time relaxing after an already awful day. I found that it's always busy and even at 3 pm in the afternoon it's impossible to find a nice place to relax. I found the staff unhelpful and just didn't care to be therr. Not to mention I got chewed out from a customer for no reason other than I was talking on my phone in what I thought was a respectable tone. Not that everyone should have been paying attention to this dispute but it really set me off and to have nobody say anything about the his ignorant person resaulted me in storming out. I wont be going to this location for a while I hope it gets better and people start treating others with more kindness. 👎👎

Also to add in I have gone to this location since and there is a girl that works here most of the days I go in and is so nice to everyone but acts like she could care less about me. I try to be nice and she has a awful attitude with me. She works often and because this location is so close to where I work I come often and observe a lot.You would think with regular customers I could get at least a hi how are u. Hi to all the vuwers this time Hortons is bad they lost me as a costumer tabals are always dirty and you say less saws. They pack that sauce on where it's a very sloppy sandwich and then today in the lineup I asked for medium double double and this time I asked for two donuts after and I gave them $5 for all of it and I know I said coffee so I paid for the donuts and then I had to repay for the coffee. They said I didn't say when I know I said it. I said it very rudely to them when they kept saying they didn't and one of the ladies there never has a smile on her face. She doesn't look happy at all and I like when people serve you looking happy not depressed or mad and a lot more stuff happened cuz I go there pretty much every so I don't remember everything.
