Food sucks. They give u cold taters and dont give the young staff enough breaks or pats on the shoulder for a job well done. They work non stop there. The staff hate it there I hear all the time. Whats up with that. There needs to be more morale boosters for these kids. I never eat the food there except the chili. The sandwich bread tastes old and weird and the meat is tasteless. There is no pride here anymore. It should be a happy environment for all. It is Canadas staple after all. U should make the customers put there own creme and suger in their coffees and put a rewards sign up to say give the card to the staff at the beginning. I truly don’t like to complain but it seems to be a consistent pattern at this location of messing up orders, doesn’t matter if it’s through door dash, Uber in store or drive thru. This is the only location close to where I live or I would use another. I’ve also encountered very rude staff through the drive through and at the counter. With all honesty, my experience here was by far the worst ever. I attempted to order 3 things and they had none of them (at 10:30pm) No potato wedges, no hash-browns and no biscuits. I was hungry and had no choice but to order a cheese croissant and I was told they only have 1 PLAIN croissant left.
