I recently visited this Tim Hortons and had an incredibly disappointing experience that I have never encountered before. As I was waiting for my order, I noticed several flies on the display food machine. I saw insects flying around and some landing on the food being served to the public. Concerned, I politely mentioned this to one of the employees, only to receive a response that left me stunned: "That’s common here. If you want, you can complain to the manager or leave a review on Google."
I have to say, this response was shocking and unprofessional. I have been a loyal drive-through customer at this location for a long time, but after this incident, I am seriously reconsidering my visits. The employee’s attitude seemed dismissive and rude, suggesting a lack of care or interest in maintaining basic hygiene standards. I have been to many Tim Hortons locations, and I have always had good experiences. However, this kind of behavior and disregard for food safety was surprising and disappointing.
I strongly believe that when customers pay for food, it should be served clean and fresh, free from any contamination. The presence of insects in the food display is unacceptable, and the way the employee handled my concern only made the situation worse. A simple acknowledgment or effort to address the issue would have been appreciated, but I felt like my concern was completely brushed off.
This review is not meant to criticize harshly but to bring this issue to the attention of the manager or whoever is responsible for maintaining this store. Manager parneet is definitely a big no to this beautiful place...her first job is to manage, ehile i could feel the only mismanagement was her presence..she is expected to be on top of her team and lead by examples in buay rush hours..however what she was teaching was how to be most rude and being mismanaged and clumsy ..its not my probl3m if she cant handle pressure, byt definitelyi m not paying to come there and get embarassedby her coz she cant handle busy evening coffee hours... She is a big time loss for the organization as it's not just me but she is spoiling all the customers..I m writing this one her coz I don't like shouting and yelling at people whT exactly was happening today during her presence.. I was standing in que for long and only one counter was operational which is very much understood considering staffing ..suddenly she came and started the second counter to which obviously a person who has been waiting there would not come to know..and she was left unnoticed probably which hurt her bossy ego and she on top of her voice with all the rudeness she could gather from entire world shouted on me for not paying attention to her( my sincere apologies I was wearing headphones) and probably she thought this gives her a free hand to treat her customers like pest..others shouting there were not even bothered to listen to her when she tried to explain herself..you can easily see how rude she has been .. this place has been my love every morning nd evening..nd everytime it's perfect...but this one was not just bad, but one if my worst nightmare experience considering the fact about rudeness in hospitality sector..sad day for y guys...
Read moreToday's review: 2022/06/13 We went there, ordered tea with 3 cream, repeated multiple times, I remember 3 times when ordering and two times when they gave order, they said yes cream, when we saw there was no cream, it was black. We ordered food as well, they did not give what we asked for. I did not want to write negative review again but they really really disappoint us. I could write more and more about bad experience we had. We went back and returned black tea and food - they did not have curtesy to say even sorry. Such a bad behavior we got there. I am not sure why people do not complain, these guys do not deserve to run this place. A very bad place. We never had expected from Tim Horton's this.
Last year's review: We went couple of times to this Tim Horton's. We were disappointed to have poor service each time we visited. I usually have tea with three cream and multi-grain toast with butter and herbal cream cheese, extra toasted so that it becomes crispier and warmer a bit more. In spite of clearly saying that we got cold, not very well toasted multi-grain and server messed each time with tea as well, instead of three cream in it, I felt less cream and added sugar (said no sugar).
