Euro Pizza — Restaurant in Halifax

We’ve gone here a few times n gave it a chance cuz the first time we ordered the donair was fabulous. It was a good portion, good amount of sauce n veggies n a nice pita . Ever since tho the donair shave gone down in size n the meat quality down the drain. What I tried to eat today was disgusting it was small even tho we always order the same size. The pita was mushy n the meat was crumbly, spongy, over spiced n made me question what meat I was actually eating I couldn’t continue. I’m just so done with these places not caring. I called to complain first they didn’t answer n then I called back n the guy immediately said to me “ I just answer phones I didn’t do it I’ll give u to who did. Ok so there’s 4 of u there n u have someone who just answers the phone but clearly doesn’t cuz u literally just didn’t n then tried to pass me along n not take any responsibility. Right there I knew there was no point n I hung up. I was literally just there so they knew who I was n clearly had my number but do u think they called back NOPE cuz they don’t care about the customers at all. Don’t trust these people with your food trust me I only took two bites out of it n it’s supposed to be a regular n compared to the other ones I got it’s HALF the size it’s effin gross. I’m just gonna make my own at least I know what’s in it n it can’t taste worse then that. We might get...

We are from Alberta , when we arrived in Halifax tgere was 8 of us and starving!! We ordered 3 large and a large cheesy garlic bread, wow!! They were huge! We have teenage boys and it filled them for a few days! The pizza itself was amazing!!! Enough cheese to drown a grown man! Fresh topping and hot! Donair sauce to die for, I could have baptized my new born child in it! Dough wasn’t to heavy! Second experience, we ordered mediums this time, still enough food to feed a small army! This time they had made a mistake and before I could tell them it was alright , they made another pizza and given us the mistake for free!! Service was top knotch, very friendly and so accommodating! Acceptable delivery time, decent crust, disappointing toppings. We ordered their large, loukaniko gourmet pizza. It was delivered in roughly 30 minutes, which is perfectly fine! However, the pizza itself was quite a disappointment.

The crust was crispy which is to my liking, and the loukaniko sausage was cooked well. However, the red peppers were soggy and undercooked, the tomato was thick cut, entirely raw and mostly flesh. Roasted garlic that not only had the dry, crusty ends left on (which is a matter of personal preference, I'll admit), but also seemed to have gone bad: Mostly black and soggy.
