Gave the cafe/kitchen a try since my fiancé wanted to try and I’ve seen 5 star reviews. Was not properly greeted when entering, staff seemed inexperienced and not too friendly. Not once any of staffs asked how the food is, or check up on us if we needed anything (Did ask when we were leaving). When asking for suggestions the staff was hesitant on all the items and had a hard time explaining it.
We have tried the savoury green oasis, shredded chicken pho, crispy Saigon bao, ginger special chai and Vietnamese milk coffee.
Shredded chicken pho and the crispy saigon bao was quite good, the chicken was crispy and was full of flavour. Pho was very refreshing, exquisite herby flavour, spicy sauce was available to add and I am glad they had halal chicken to go with it.
The staff suggested the green oasis which was quite bland. The avocado and the poached eggs had no seasoning at all so was a let down from the others. And the herbs they served in the side were not all fresh, some of them were dark and black.
Ginger special chai was a disappointment, was just warm milk with cinnamon, could not taste any chai or ginger. (Quite poor since it was a specialty)
Vietnamese milk coffee was a nice experience, quite intense and leaves a nice coffee aftertaste.
Two of my orders were dropped by the staffs when serving and it spilled on our table, one of them was the pho which has really hot broth which could have been worse. And they didn’t cleanup the mess which they dropped which is quite rude.
Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone right now, maybe once the staffs are trained a bit more and gets more experienced, may try later after few months.
The place also had nice interior...
Read moreI’ve been a customer twice since this cafe has opened, and both times I had a completely different experience. The first time I went, the service was bad, with servers seeming very cold and unimpressed at customers. I got an iced lavender latte that I would notttt recommend as the espresso tasted completely burnt. The workers also seemed lost, not knowing what they were doing. The second time I went was today. Service was good, with a much more positive server who was happy to see customers. However, I went for a matcha latte and my money was taken and put in the till before it was realized that they were out. I never received change, as there was none in the till and I felt forgiving, but it reflects how this cafe is not put together/prepared for their clientele.I ended up paying $10 for a regular latte, and once again the espresso is burnt. I unfortunately don’t feel inclined to try this cafe again, and it’s a shame as they have a great possible clientele...
Read moreDisappointing Experience at Nha Coffee👎 Blaming Customers for Their Own Mistakes
I visited Nha Coffee and ordered a matcha latte. Despite clearly stating my order, I received a plain latte instead.
When I politely pointed out the error (without touching the drink), the staff dismissively blamed my pronunciation for the mistake, refusing to apologize or remake the beverage.
This is unprofessional on multiple levels:
Accountability: Mistakes happen, but blaming customers for your team’s error is unacceptable.
Service attitude: The dismissive tone and refusal to correct the order show zero care for customer satisfaction.
Language shaming: If pronunciation was truly an issue, a respectful clarification would have resolved it—not mockery.
I paid for a matcha latte but received the wrong item, and the staff’s rude response made the experience worse. ✖️💰Save your money and go elsewhere if you expect basic respect or...
