I go to a lot of starbucks locations in the area and this place is the only one that continuously has bad service. i’m sure there are great employees, i just have yet to encounter one. they will present me with drinks i have ordered a bunch of times, and if there is an error they will straight up argue with me. today for example, i ask for a tall drink w/ extra ice in a grande cup (because i don’t like my drink watered down after 5 minutes, not for extra liquid) and he argued with me when there was not extra ice and i asked for more. its frozen water… i have never had an issue getting the cup filled with ice, unless it is this location. i dont think this is unreasonable, i shouldn’t be given an explanation as to WHY i didn’t get extra ice when im paying $8 and water is free. it’s giving consceded. not every customer is looking to cheat the system, i just don’t want a...
Read moreI normally go through the thru when I go to Starbucks. But this time me and my mother came inside today. At 4:20pm. We walked in, looked at the display of all the cups. And then we took our time figuring out what we would like to get. The sweet girl, behind the counter (don’t know her name but she had pink in her hair). Greeted us and was so kind and said if we had any questions to just ask away. Which was super nice. And then when we walked to the counter I still wasn’t sure on what I wanted to drink and pretty much just asked her what she would think would be a perfect spring vibe drink. Tonight, pull into the drive thru (which is open and within their open hours and my usual time) and sit at the intercom for 5 minutes and no one comes on even though I can see they've seen me waiting. So pull up to the window, again, people see me, but ignore me. Are you closed? Fine! Just let me know, but nothing. If Starbucks HQ wants to know why people are not hitting up their stores anymore, it's because you are losing and/or replacing your staff with people that just don't care about the job and basic customer service.
